Romeo's Pizza reviews
22My friend ordered pizza from here and omg it smelled so good. Not sure how it tastes though. I had just eaten dinner.bummer
This place has gone downhill fast and based on the reviews, others agree.pitiful that employees aren't wearing mandatory masks yet the only response here is "email us so the manager can contact you". NO - how about you fix the problems in the store and don't put it on your customers to help you correct this mess
I order here every week i love the staff as a whole. Best pizza i have ever had! Cudos to the management staff. Keep it up ill see you next week!
They always mess up our order and they don’t seem to care. Once in a while the order is right and the pizza is delicious but usually it’s wrong and mediocre. Too bad because it used to be good pizza consistently, but they can no longer keep a solid manager and it shows. Oh and they don’t wear masks.
Horrible horrible horrible, noticed employees not wearing masks pretty sure i heard cussing from the back of the store.absolutely completely unprofessional.not to mention a risk to my health will never be coming back
1. Romeos order on line never works.
2. I went to pick up a pizza ordered over the phone. The management was so rude and unprofessional about mask wearing. I left without my pizza. I have had their pizzas before and they are nothing special.
3. Their management trainers need to let them know some people, like myself, have health conditions which do not allow them to wear a mask. I was treated very poorly.
Not going back. Our pizza looked and tasted like it had been sitting for hours and the manager was very rude. This place is off my list for good. Too many other choices out there
I ordered two pizzas from Romeos last week and ours was not good. There was about an inch of crust on the outside of the pizza and it was dry. I called and spoke with the manager and told him about my disappointment with the pizza. I was trying to remember why we ordered from this restaurant. The manager gave us a 20 dollar credit on our card so we thought we might as well use it. We ordered a large pizza again tonight and it was fabulous. I suddenly remembered why we like their pizzas. The sauce came out to the edge of the crust and the flavor was wonderful. Thank you Romeos for restoring my faith in complaining when it's not right.
Has to be the most under rated pizza in the city. Always a fan favorite when we order for parties. Convert a lot of people from their favorite go-to pizza spot to Romeo's. Secret is in the sauce.
I ordered pizza and wings 3 hours in advance for a 5: 00 pickup. I arrived at 4: 57 and was told it would be 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, they clarified my order name and said they were waiting on the wings. At 5: 15 they placed the order on the counter and didn’t say anything. I find the customer service lacking and planning terrible. It appears that they hadn’t started the wings until I arrived and could have been upfront about that. I’ve been disappointed with my experience before at this Romeo’s and am going to start visiting other Romeo’s around town in lieu of this one.
Had the misfortune of ordering food here. The manager, a short girl with a very major attitude problem, was very hostile and insulting to me and the other customers wait for our food. When she condescendingly told me "call the owner if you're SO upset, " I did. It turns out the owner, named Jason Cobb, is her father-in-law; and ohhh boy.this guy is a real piece of work. Jason must have himself his employees trained to gaslight anyone and everyone until they get their way; it's really pathetic if you ask me. After that, the district manager (would only tell me his name is "Aaron") contacted me. Aaron took the elitist approach with less gaslighting. What the hell is going on here? You people make pizza and you want to turn every situation into an episode of the Jerry Spring Show. Also, the pizza sucked.
My wife asked question about how much the order was because it was wrong! Not only did the cashier but the manager also gave her hassles about even questioning the price of the order the service. The service at this location is terrible! The pizza is mediocre at best!
So the pizza is good.but they can not get orders out to save their lives.twice they gave me a pickup time and I’ve had to wait with 12 other people in a small area for double the time. Once shame on you, twice, Shame on me.
A good pizza pie takes time, so call ahead! Oh!? You want an example, single topping pizza. 15mins, so call ahead! Make sure you use the Capone Sauce! IT'S THE TRUTH!
Horrible service as of September 2019. Clueless employees and no customer service. We used to enjoy the pizza from this location. I do not recommend it.
Small pizza is a good size personal pie, wings were ok in size and taste. Sweet chili was good with a nice kick.
This is literally the best pizza I e had! I’m in rehab in Westerville, Ohio and decided to try and I’m glad that I did! The delivery driver was professional and pleasant kudos!
Fantastic Pizza!
Got the large veggie deluxe with traditional crust.
Full of toppings. Sweet, but not overly sweet sauce.
Picked it up it was hot and ready early.
Andrea was helpful since this was our first visit.
$18.49 for the large 14” pizza.
Check for online order coupons when you pick it up.
Easy parking in front of the store.
I like Romeo's pizza quite a bit, my only issue with this location is that they are inconsistent. Some times great some times just OK.never bad however. I do recommend it, sauce is fantastic. Try the italiano.
Their pizza is great, the Westerille location really struggled 1/2 hr. Wait turned I to an hour and 15 minutes. Hopefully they can get it under control.
