Romeo's Pizza, Polaris OH

This place uses moldy dishes to make your pizza. The employees never wash their hands and are always on their phones. This place is disgusting. Attached are photos of what they call clean dishes. I'm a former Manager. The filth has become too much

I had kids that were fresh out of the pool and ready to eat. I called, placed our order, and received quick yet exact directions to the restaurant. The guy working there was great, the food was great and more than enough for the kids!

Seth at the Lewis Center is a great employee at Romeos. My husband botched my order and Seth corrected it for us! It was totally our fault. He makes the company better than it already is. And in addition to that his general manager at this location must be amazing with great hiring skills.

Always and I mean always super late with deliveries. I always tell myself Ill never order from them again. Sitting here waiting, way over an hour, yet again.

I did order my pizza well-done, but c'mon man. Might need to work on your cook time for well-done pizzas. Especially if they have caramelized onions on top. Lol.

I'm not a huge red sauce fan, I often get light or different sauces but Romeo's red sauce is absolutely delicious. I love the sweeter taste and actually seek out sauce here like with the Italiano deep dish, amazing pizza. Consistency is better than any of the other pizza places around. Staff is good, no complaints and in the past when GrubHub would screw up my order Romeo's staff would always make it right with no argument. I've since started calling the store directly which is cheaper and staff is pleasant and accurate.

Ordered online at 4: 30.6: 45 no pizza. Called store on hold 20 minutes, lady very rude. Told me they were short staffed. I could cancel
My order. I responded I wish you could have called or turned your online off. I’m fine with short staffing, I’m not fine with being rude and not letting customers know. My options were after 2 hours 15 minutes plus to cancel order, pick order up. Really two small
Kids starving and patiently waiting for dinner. The lady was huffing and puffing and not nice at all. Will never return here again. We order at least 1-2 times a week. Business owners ourself and realize the staffing issues. We are polite not rude. No excuse for that.

Great staff with delightful pizza. On time and cooked well. I love Capone sauce is delicious with the pizza!

Friendly staff with amazing pizza. Always on time and always cooked well, I eat here a lot and have never had any issues. The Capone sauce is delicious with the pizza

Ordered here on recommendation from hotel front desk. Pizza was good. The sauce is on the sweeter side. They include a container of Capone sauce with the pizza, which is a spicy, almost buffalo, dipping sauce for your crust. I would definitely order again if I'm in the area.
