Romeo's Pizza, Grandview OH

The best pizza pie in the city! Hands down! If you want real, authentic deep dish pizza this is where you go or order! I ordered lunch for my staff at the shop and everybody loved it! I called for a take out and they told me 45 minutes and I was cool with that, but then I saw the Romeo’s Pizza Van pulling up in front of my business 15 minutes later and hopped out with a big smile with my amazing pizza! Thank all of you for making Romeo’s Pizza the Best Place for real authentic pizza in Ohio!

Ordered tropical pepperoni pizza with Capone sauce. Was very good, half sheet pizza was enough to feed 3 men. Good spot.

Typically had a good experience here until the last few months. The night of 07/23/23, whatever girl working the phone was extremely unhelpful, unpleasant, and just horrible to deal with. After waiting 90 minutes on a 40 min delivery I finally reached out to the store and she eventually reached out to her driver who was allegedly in an accident. Then she goes into a crazy rant about how she only has one person working at the store and it’s only her which honestly I don’t care, maybe don’t claim a 40 min delivery if that’s all true. Also your driver is totally fine but never thought to call her boss and say she wouldn’t be making a delivery? Super bizarre and not believeable. The girl working the phones the night of 07/23/23 around 7-8pm should be fired. She literally started screaming at me on the phone. Lastly I wanted to mention my last 2 deliveries were somewhat similar— deliver time said 40 mins when I places the order. I got no updates so I would check outside every 5 mins after 50 mins passed. Finally at 1 hour and 30 mins the pizza was just sitting on the front stoop of the apartment building where people walk. Overall this Romeos has been slipping. Looks like it’s time to find a new spot

I purchased the three items and everything was beautiful!

-Cheese bread with marinara sauce
-Pepperoni/sausage/cheese on pizza sauce
-Cheese/salami/black olives on garlic butter

The cheese bread could be my go to alone because it was so cheesy and bready and so filling, THEN when I ate the garlic butter pizza I felt like I went to heaven! Finally the pizza sauce and sausage have a good sweet flavor and just enough cheese without having to ask for extra cheese.

Unbelievable. Waited an hour for my pizza. Called to inquire and was told it was going to be a while. I asked to cancel the order then. He laughed about it. I asked to speak to the manager. Was told the manager doesn't want to talk to me. Unbelievably poor customer service. Will not be ordering there again. I now have no pizza and they have my money. There are too many other food options to have your customer service act this way.
