The Master Sales Team at Keller Williams worked so hard to get my house sold. They were able to obtain a buyer for my house within a couple of days from contacting them. From the offer to closing, however, became challenging because the lending institution kept changing terms. Ron Cunagin and Bob Daniel spent endless hours in contact and working with the lenders until the loan finally approved and the closing took place. They were always available to answer my questions and concerns. No matter way day or time of day, turnaround time to answer was immediate or within an hour or two. This was a challenging time from offer to closing, but they were willing to put effort way beyond what would normally be expected to finalize the sale. It's not just a "commission" to them. They really care about people.
