I purchased a 2022 Tucson in Akron, Ohio. My fiancé and I worked with Eric. We couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. He was very straight forward with all of the details. We bugged him with a lot of questions about the vehicle and the purchasing process - he was able to answer all of the questions we had or he made sure to find the answers for us. With the shortage of brand new cars, I was put on a waitlist. Eric was sure to keep me updated on when I would get my car, which ended up being earlier than expected. Overall, very impressed with my overall experience!

Great Experience! Have spent the last month searching for a pre-owned car for my son. We had some terrible experiences along the way, until Marhofer Hyundai of Green. From the time we stepped on the lot and met Earl Witherspoon (Sales Associate) who asked good questions and listened well. He efficiently found out what we were looking for, and in short order had several potential vehicles to look at, test drive, and arrive at the perfect vehicle for my son. The Sales Manager (Rick Vaughn) also made us feel comfortable and made sure we were satisfied throughout the process. Rick Jenkins (Finance Manager) led us thru the finance process, educating us on the extended warranty and gap insurance products. All the while taking the time to educate my son, who is a first time buyer, on building his credit portfolio, and giving him tips on how to pay down his loan sooner. He was teaching him life lessons. Thanks to these gentlemen for making our experience completely satisfying. The experience was heads and shoulders above how we were treated at other dealerships.

Worst customer service ever. Team is far from professional. My wife was helping her mother and ordered the incorrect part. They will do nothing to help get correct part. Will not do an exchange or anything even tho we offered to pay a restock fee. For a person on a fixed income, loosing over $300 is the difference in buying groceries or fixing the car. John the parts guy belittled my wife and talked to her like she was a piece of dirt. No one ever said this part could not be returned during order or pickup. We never even opened the part. Avoid this place at all cost, they do nothing for you after they sell you a car.

My first visit there, I will definitely go back. The staff were all friendly. I was told it would be about 3 hours for the repairs. It was about an hour and 15 minutes, and I was on my way. The only thing I'd criticize is the waiting room. It was horribly hot and very small. A larger, cooler space would be ideal.

I worked with brad to set up lease he was very nice and didnt seem to be in a rush would highly recommended coming here

Update: The buying process was very nice but I cant say id recommended getting the wheel and tire protection package. Tires on the rear of a front wheel drive car were shot within 8000 miles premature wear isn't covered only a puncture that can't be patched or wheel damage.

I could not recommend this dealership more! They were upfront, honest and respectful. After many communications with other dealerships, they gave me the best deal without the pushy sales pitches. I ordered my car and got it within 30 days and for the price that I expected. Thank you to Josh and Jeremy for making the car buying experience a positive one! That is a first for me!

The new Hyundai and paperwork were ready when we arrived at the dealership and we were back on the road in just over an hour! Very disappointed.drove the lot, found two cars we would be ready to drive, went inside and was told they only do appointments on Fridays. Yet, that is posted no where on website, or building. We were ready to buy, buy nah, not now.well not from here. 12.30 Friday 10.28.2021

All of he people at Ron Marhoffer took the time to answer all of my questions, did a personal walk through of the vehicle, and gave me the full Kelley Blue Book for my trade in! Being an online sale, I was not sure of the process or condition of the vehicle, but they made it easy and the vehicle was immaculate. At delivery they only had one key fob, but immediately made it right by ordering me a new one from the manufacturer. They left this customer- that lives 2 hours away from their dealership- very satisfied!

We 1st chatted with the amazing salesperson Earl Witherspoon over the phone. He gave us an incredible face-time tour of both vehicles & made the whole buying process a breeze! He even picked my wife up at the airport when she flew in to pick up the car & stayed late the 1st time when our flight arrived after the dealership had closed. He periodically even checks in on us long after the sale!

After purchasing my first vehicle at Ron Marhofer's location in Belden Village (Buick), it was no surprise that when my husband and I found out we were pregnant, and realized we needed to upgrade to a larger vehicle, that we would return to one of their stores. This dealership made it extremely easy for my family and I to make an out of state purchase. They worked late hours and offered to drive the vehicle that we selected to our home state as opposed to my family and I needing to go to Ohio.
