Jonathan with Roofing Annex was amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable, quick response times, and helped guide us through the insurance claim process with wind/hail damage. It was a pleasure to have someone care about their job and care about the customers experience. Will be recommending him to any friends that need a roof in the future. THANK YOU!

Accepted my deposit over three months ago and the work is still not completed. One excuse after another. Would not recommend this company.

We had multiple leaks in our roof, and decided it was time for a replacement. Because I knew it would be such a big expense, I called a half dozen companies and asked for estimates. Not only was Roofing Annex the most prompt and accessible with their communications, but also, they were the only company that even suggested the possibility of our insurance company covering the cost due to hail damage. The gentleman who performed the initial inspection, Jonathan, also handled the insurance claim, saving me a great deal of time and effort. When all was said and done, we received a beautiful new roof and didn't end up spending a dime. I have already recommended Roofing Annex to our neighbors, and know at least one also used them for a roof replacement. I have never dealt with a company that was so professional and thorough from start to finish. A+ experience!

The staff were very inconsiderate. There were suppose to use their own generators, but instead they used my electricity, not to mention they blew my circuit breaker. Were suppose to he done in 1 day, they are still here the following morning. I told them i needed to let my dogs out to use the restroom, and they just looked at ne like i was illiterate, come to find out, they didn't speak English. Poor service. I would never recommend this roofing company.

You never realize how outstanding customer service can affect an experience! A representative form the company by the name of Antillio (I hope I spelled that correctly) came out to inspect the roofing and fortunately, my home was not not old enough to need a roof. Regardless, he gave a very detailed explanation about tips and indicators that it will be time for a new roof in the future. The best part about that is that his demeanor made it known that he was genuinely interested in customer satisfaction. This kept the Roofing Annex in my mind for the future. Fast forward about a year later, It was stormy outside and I was coming home from work and picking the kids up from daycare, I get home and the fire alarm is going off. Called FD to find out there was a leak through the ceiling with water dripping right onto one of my smoke detectors causing malfunction. I called the Roofing Annex to inspect, lo and behold, I was connected back up with Antillio and he made it out to diagnose the issue. First and foremost, Antillio fixed it, and then he informed me on what caused it, and finally, even went above and beyond stating that the gutters up there were dirty he even unclogged some of the leaves! While still maintaining that professionalism and authenticity that is reflective of an outstanding company. Thank you Roofing Annex for letting the customer know that there still is such a thing as outstanding customer service keep on keeping on!

My roof had obvious storm damage. I worked through my insurance company to find reputable roofing companies for a roof replacement. Roofing Annex was the only company to show up on time for a price estimate. From start to finish, they did exactly what they had proposed in the estimate. They worked very well with the insurance company and were very professional throughout the whole process. I ended up with a very nice new roof at a reasonable cost. Thumbs up!

Horrible company. I had an emergency leak in my dining room, so I called Annex Roofing because they gave us an estimate over the summer to replace our whole roof. They sent a contractor out who determined it was one of our sub roofs and said he would have to get back to me on the quote. When I called and texted to confirm the quote or have him come back out, I kept being told the quote was in the hands of someone else. It has been almost 2 weeks now and I never received an email or call back. Meanwhile, my roof is still leaking. I had to call another roofer to come out and actually do an emergency repair. Do not waste your time or money on this company.

Excellent sales staff, customer service staff, and project staff. However, it would have been 5-stars except due to weather, my project was not completed on time even though I was told my project would move forward ahead of others to meet the deadline. I felt that there were times when my project was postponed that it should not have been because the weather was fine. Also, while the clean-up was good, I still found remnants of materials in my yard. In conclusion, my roof was completed in one day and it's beautiful.

I was very pleased with Roofing Annex from start to finish. When I spoke to the Restoration Specialist, Jonathan, I felt confident that I was doing the right thing. The Project Manager, Jared, explained everything on the day of installation. The roof installers worked very hard and did an excellent job.

High quality work! We were kept well informed during the process, and the work was completed efficiently and as promised. Jarred and Jonathan were wonderful to work with!

Our Condominium association contracted with Roofing Annex for a large scale project. Roofing Annex installed my roof last fall and did an outstanding job. The work was completed in one day, and the installers were courteous and professional. The team came out to put on a new roof. By 0830hrs they were there ready to work. Tore of 2 layers of shingles, and put on new tar paper, and shingles, cleaned up like they were never there, and done by 1700hrs. Stayed in communication with Zac, and Jarrod (project manager). Luckily the weather held off for a couple days so they were able to get the job done. Looking forward for them to put on new siding as well. They do an outstanding job.
