A friend of mind had alot of problems getting her furniture. But not really there fault if it's not shipped. But they could call!

Stay away! I ordered a sofa in Feb for delivery in April. I was told there was a small chance it would not be available but that the wait wouldn’t be long. In April, after calling 5 times, I was told it would be 6 weeks. Now in June I am being told it will be another month. This was not a special order piece or customized but they refuse to refund my money so I will have no couch for at least 3 months.

Worse than that is how I have been treated. I spent over $2500 in this store and was treated terribly. They won’t return calls and I truly doubt if I will ever get the sofa. Worse yet when I went to the store and asked them to provide proof my sofa had been ordered they called the police and said “ A Black man is being disorderly and causing a scene in my store” There are also multiple complaints of them taking money and not dealing with problems with their orders

Bought a dining room set a few months ago it was nice but the problem was more the customer service. Everything started with the delivery they promised friday delivery between 5 and 6pm. Past 6pm i called they said they are running late told me i could wait till 11pm or for next day.i told them i wait till 11pm, they never showed or called until next morning sayng they would be there this morning at 8am so i had to leave work to meet them. Few days after this my son sat at the table we bought and the chair seat fell off, i decided to check the rest of the chairs we bought cometo find out they wore all loose to the point i could just take the screws off by hand.i took pictures and went to the stores and showed the pictures to the salesperson and they got someone to come out to fix them all. To top it all off i had a chair replaced that got damaged during delivery and when i came to pick it up witch they said they would deliver i got greeted and told why i gave a 1 star when it wasnt even me. Overall the furniture is okay but the whole customer service need fixing.

Very impressed with both the quality of merchandise and service we got here. Sales person provided great help and info that was really helpful. This was a pre-shopping trip, will be going back soon after checking a few other places. This place is on our short list.

Delivery went very well. Even helped put everything together. Overall a very friendly bunch of people.

Customer service was great. Financing went through no problem. I picked out a sectional. Requested a grey one. Was delivered a black one. Accepted anyway. The quality of the sectional is cheap. The material appears to be wearing already. After only a week. Although not real leather as I knew this, it has some type of string coming through, it is dull looking. Wiped it down to try to bring the shine back doesn't work. Dissatisfied customer.

We visited this location twice and at our second visit made a purchase. We highly recommend this store. They have a huge selection with great prices. They are helpful and knowledgeable and willing to work with you. The salesman spent a lot of time with us making sure we got exactly what we were looking for. We purchased a sectional, sofa, loveseat, coffee table and end table. We were very satisfied with our visit.

We just purchased new family room furniture and my husband and I are so excited. The Customer service was amazing and they gave us a great deal. There employees are very easy to work. Thank you Rooms for Less. I will ten out of ten and I’m sending customers your way.

Great location. Lamonte (Hope I spelt that right) was very helpful and respectful to work with. I order a Sectional and chair. Both were delivered 4 days later on the date I requested. They also checked on the location of the driver when I called and asked for it. The Delivery guys were nice and placed the furniture exactly where I asked and the furniture was in perfect condition when it was delivered. This is the second time I have bought from this specific location. I would recommend this place for people who want to spend money on new items but not thousands.

It was very easy to come in and purchase our queen bed, we love it, and the headboard we purchased, the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because they failed to tell us delivery was $100 until they printed the receipt and we read it ourselves, after we already paid and everything, we were so excited about the bed that we weren’t really thinking about why it was so much more than we expected. If I knew delivery would be that much I would have rented a truck and took the bed home myself!

Absolutely THE BEST service and prices. The South Hamilton location stands out up against any other furniture location. The employees go above and beyond making sure every customer is treated with respect. With all the different varieties and styles they offer, they are very patient, never rushing customers but making sure they pick what is just right for their home. WE WILL CONTINUE TO SHOP HERE!

Actual hidden gem. Very good mattresses. Nice sectionals. No wonky furniture, great quality. I'm planning on purchasing my living room ensemble from here soon.
