Rooms For Less Furniture, Columbus OH

This is the 3rd time I’ve purchased a piece of furniture from Rooms for Less. I went in to browse several times and was very appreciative that they let me look without following me around and when I was ready to make my purchase they were very helpful. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quality store that’s not over priced with great customer service.

Wish I could give negative stars, because I would! Spent a little over $1100 on 2 mattresses, and 2 box springs in February. JUNK, is all I can say! Both are not even box springs, they're a piece of cardboard and 1×2's! Wish I could post pictures! We WILL be going back to make this right!

Bought a couch here and it was decent but we did the same as cash financing and they just so happened to forget to tell us about all the additional cost and fees. They tried to call me up the day it was due at our apartment and tell me that they were not going to come and needed to reschedule even though we already took half a day off work to be there.

Buying the bed and getting the bed delivered was good but the problem came from trying to communicate with the staff. Upon arrival they almost knocked the tv over twice. Then taking thw mattress up stairs I advised them twice that they were caught and to stop but no one spoke enough English to understand what I was saying. They ripped out the thermostat and now I don't have heat. They came back with a manager who was supposed to be able to help with the language barrier made ot worst. He called me a liar, raised his voice in my home after they came in and broke mu stuff. Then when asked to leave and for the corporate number he got mad and slammed the door and took the top frame off the door. So not only did they mess up my heat but also broke the door. This is the first and last time I do business with them and i will definitely be passing it on.

Bought a bed with drawers all around it, no mattress, for 1100, they financed me for 1000, which was great, but the way they put my bed together, was very poor. The cardboard back isn't straight, so anything you put in the headboard gets pushed under the bed through the cardboard on that one side and the cats pee on whatever's under there. The drawers were falling out of their slides, so I called them, they came out to fix it, but it didn't do the trick, the drawers still fall out. The knobs fell off of all the drawers, even in the little drawers on the headboard, and the original knobs won't go back on, like they never fit. I will have to buy new ones. The boards underneath the mattress broke when it was new, my husband just fixed that himself. Was not worth the price.

Really poor customer service. We purchased a Ashley Furniture set for 1,300 bucks! They stacked it on the truck and both pieces are now seperating at the middle and then we found the backs weren't even installed right and pull right off the sofa. We have been put off for 2 months and told "Our service department will be right out as soon as possible to determine if we need to pick them up for repair or not". All we have gotten was the run around and paying 1300 bucks for 2 sofa's that look like they are falling apart. For Reasonable pricing and Name brand furniture I would for sure recommend this place but for Service and standing behind the product I would say go to the ashley furniture showroom or order something from somewhere else cause these guys don't care what happens once they have the money and your out of the store.

Went into Rooms for Less after shopping around all day for furniture. They had a couple of nice pieces, but i ended up ordering something from their catalogs since I was looking for a very specific piece. They were very helpful and understood what I was looking for. Great service all around.

I've always have a great experience when I go here. I've bought most of the furniture in my house from them. The staff is great, and your allowed to browse without being followed or pressured.
