They started off with a bad attitude on even taking the order at all then messed the to go order up twice lol. I don't think I'll be back to this location.

Roosters food was excellent as always! Sometimes the service can be hit or miss but today our server was amazing! We had the pleasure of having Ava as our server today! She was extremely friendly, polite, courteous, and very attentive to our needs! I highly recommend you request Ava as your server when visiting the Roosters in Pickerington!

Rachel and all of the staff prepare the tastiest meals and get your orders out promptly. Managers always make sure you're treated fairly and comp you with discounts should your food be delayed by mistake.

Wings and pizza were great. It was my first time eating there and especially during quarantine, it good to find somewhere that is worth it.

I had a super bad experience tonight i order online at 5: 30pm to have my order ready at 7: 30pm i have a picture and all.i come in at 7: 30 and my order is still not ready i ask to speak to the manager and she said oh yea we are running behind i told her i understand but i did order 2hours in advance.which she clearly did not care and said it will come out shortly.why have an online order option and order in advance if you are not going to have the order ready at the time you asked!

The kids love this place & it's so adorable. Service is good & the staff friendly. Wait times can be brutal due to the popularity of the place but if you can get past that, it's a great place for families & sports lovers.

Loved this location. Although, it was very crowded, the wait was not long. Unlike other Rooster's I've been in, it was not too loud. Great food, Great service!

HORRIBLE! If I could give them no stars I would do just that! I came in tonight to get a turkey sub a cheese pizza and a 10pc mild wings all flats when I arrived to get my food they went over it with me it was all there but my wings were dry with no sauce what so ever my sub was cold and so was my pizza I had them correct it my wings and they still were dry. I won’t be coming back and I really recommend the roosters near downtown!

This location is clean, servers are friendly and fix any mistakes made quickly and to your desired needs. Definitely one of my favorite locations for Roosters Chicken!

I never went to Roosters until my job purchased lunch and I had their Fried Chicken Salad. I have honestly fallen in love with it and has now has it several times! Get place, service and food!

Wasn't very happy this evening. Ordered garlic wings and don't know what wings I got this evening. Hot wings were dry and celery and blue cheese order was no where to be found. I get that you are all busy, but come on!

This is one of the top Roosters in the Columbu area area. Its clean and managed well. The little things matter. Their wings arent overly battered and greasy. Service is great considering the servers are very young. They carry Coke products. That's a great thing. Beer prices are more than that of a dive bar but you can get deals on draft. Food comes out pretty fast. They are usually crowded but they have a huge parking lot and they are located in a plaza

I like this Roosters better than the one in my area. The set up of the place makes it less crowded and even on a busy weekend evening, the service is faster and friendlier.

We had good service here; the prices are low. The kids really enjoyed it as well. The menue has a large variety so all left happy. The only complaint I have; is we ordered an appetizer we ended up canceling since the food came first

My friend loves this place and had to share it with me. First visit and I'm hooked. Wings are bigger than most places I've been to and the fried shrimp was amazing as well. The sweet thai chili sauce was exactly what it says but not crazy spicy and the honey bbq was perfect. I was thinking about my meal the whole next day. Cant wait to visit again.

Friday night and both the bar tender and our waitress were to involved with talking to there friends that were setting at the bar. Our waitress took our order turned around and started a conversation before putting our order in. Not impressed. Food was good.

This place is huge. Its clean. So many TVs. Plenty of bar area. Looking to host a party or redneck wedding, this is the place. And wait service was good.

It's a great restaurant it really is but some times the waiters just don't seem like they want to do their jobs and they put Sprite in there margaritas for some reason which makes it taste weird. I still go here at least once a week though because the food is great and cheap.

Crowded and they had a section closed so customers had to wait for tables to come available. Food was alright. Not there best. Hopefully it will be beter next time.

Food was good waitress was good but they turned up the volume on the TVs so loud you could hardly talk so we left faster than we would have
