This roosters is a busy location that can lead to long waits for both pick up and dine in. When they aren’t as busy the experience is fast and efficient. The staff is friendly and helpful. Food quality is what you expect from a roosters. The wings are the big reason of roosters and Carolina gold is an excellent wing sauce flavor. The fact that they differ in how they make their wings and sauce them gives them a unique edge.

The chicken wings here are phenom! So juicy and well done! And the fries are amazing! But your hamburgers are terrible lol. I still love ya'll though. And the prices aren't bad at all! Will def skip the burger but wings all day!

Roosters is a Columbus staple and the wings are always big wings and they blow most other chicken wing restaurants out of the water. I definitely recommend the "donkey" and garlic sauces together that's my favorite flavor.

The food was good but it freaked me out (especially for pandemic season) that my waitress picked up all the runner rugs all around the establishment and then, without pause, filled up my party’s waters and carried them by the lip to our table. No break in between to dust off, sanitize or wash her hands. Just straight from the ground to my mouth. And thats what happened in front of my eyes.can’t imagine what its like behind the scenes? Besides the fact that she was trying to close up shop well before needed

Wings are great and the staff is incredibly friendly. 2 things that need attention is their phone is a complete dumpster fire. When calling in a takeout order their phone drops in and out or just completely hangs up on you. No its not my phone. Also their medium sauce is inconsistent with its heat. 1 day its its perfectly spicy and the next its bland.

Nice and clean! I love going to this location and everyone is so friendly! The food is always good and the service is fast. The only thing is that their carry out is not the best, so it’s better to dine in.

I like it but my wife not so much. Basic bar good with a lot of it fried. There are salads and some non fried entrees. Wednesday is family night with I think free kids meal and a guy who makes things out of balloons the kids.

The staff here is attentive and kind. Always had good service here and the food is always hot and tastes fresh off the cooktop on arrival. They do a great job of ensuring your glass never hits empty or if it is it won't stay that way for long. Great wings and sauces. The Nu Killer doesn't touch other sauces out there comparatively in heat but otherwise has great flavor. Really can't complain about much here!

As always always very good wings could put more sauce on them make them a little wet but all in all was good service and very relaxing atmosphere

Katie was an awesome server. Wednesday night is kids night, tonight was balloon artist. Our guy was funny and did a great job. Food was good.

Service was so-so. Restaurant temperature was hot. Food was okay. Think they were having an "off" night.

Always the best wings in Columbus area.only downside is they are always super busy so service can get a little slow.

So so food, big and loud, very popular for sports watching. Not crazy about all female wait staff and in short shorts

We had the best time. We shared a burger, that was cooked to our specifications exactly and topped with delicious pickles and such. We also had boneless wings in teriyaki sauce. They were super busy but Michelle at the bar was terrific. These pics were taken after we split stuff. Good eats! Happy day!

These were some of the best wings I've ever had.

The light breading, perfect cook and seasoning will satisfy most people looking for good hot wings. Be prepared for the breading to soak up a lot of the sauce so extra wet is an option.

Also, I just moved here so maybe just me, the hot are mild back home. I'll need to try donkey and nu-killer next time.

Good wings, great service, and cold beer.

My only issue is the amount of children's "activities", balloon artists one night, face painting the next, cartoons on every other tv. It gets old fast, and I understand that this is not a dive bar, but I'd like a more mature restaurant to drink and eat wings at at the end of the day. I'd even settle for trivia or music bingo. Anything but the overload of children's activities.

We had a great time as always and the food was great. Our server Jordan was on top of it. Her tip reflected her service as it always should for every server who works hard.

We were regulars at this location for almost a year. Going there 2-4 times a month. Cheap good food. Then recently we started having issues. The first two seemed like flukes with maybe a server having a bad day. The third issue in the row is the point where I draw the line. The hostess lied right to my face. After waiting for 25 minutes and noticing two groups being seated within minutes of sitting down next to us I went to see what happened. We were WAY up the list and crossed off. She claims to have buzzed several times and come over calling my name. Neither happened! I had not left the bench once with my daughter holding tight to the buzzer. Directly in front of the hostess bench.

I called and the manager kept saying she was sorry while I was ordering my chipotle dinner.

A local classic. Gigantic cold beers for pennies and awesome food. The fried chicken sandwich, chili and fries are great. Also, amazing staff that treat people like family. A great altnernative to bw3 or wings and rings. Also, Columbus based. Really great.
