Roosters, Xenia OH

Has been a decent place in the past, the vibe is good and the wait staff is usually pretty nice. However, for the past few months they have been out of an increasing amount of items. Currently they do not have Mac & Cheese bites, Sweet Thai Chili sauce, and now they are out of Teriyaki sauce. Every week I call in hoping they have these items because they just so happen to be our favorite and they are still out. I know it is probably a supply chain issue but it has been months and months since they were out of these items. I can't help but feel disappointed. Hopefully they restock these items soon enough.

Worst service ever will not be going again. Food excellent if you got all day and night to wait on food. Manager and employees don’t get in a rush

Had a 30 minute wait to get seated. The restaurant was slammed. All I can say was they did an excellent job considering the short staffed crew. The managers were in the kitchen and servers were covering the floor. The food was great and this store should be commended.

Great staff and very friendly! Short staffed I would assume like most businesses right now. But great food!

The phone line for call ahead and wait time is not working. It said no wait time and when we arrived we were told it was an hour wait. We also called another number to talk to a staff member. When I called that number I was told we were eighth in line and I was on hold for 20 minutes and only moved up to fourth in line. We have been to this Roosters many times and have never had the experience we did this time. The staff said they knew there was a problem with both phone systems but the manager said she was not aware of any problems. The food was good once we finally got it.

The last time we ordered from Roosters it was horrible but like every restaurant bad days happen. We decided to try again tonight and I wish we wouldn't have! They literally forgot over half our order and what they did give us was burnt. I called and asked to speak to someone and got told to call back later! We will not be returning!

I have a 12 year old son and this is his absolute favorite place to go. The atmosphere is always friendly and the food is almost always awesome. The staff are always very welcoming always greet you with a smile.

Not worth it. The Miamisburg location is 100% better. The food was soggy and not cooked right. Took the lady on the phone almost 15 minutes to take our order. The order was wrong and missing food. After 15 minutes you would think the order would be right. We called and asked for money back for our missing items and asked for a gift card so we could use the money at the Miamisburg location to ensure we wouldn’t be disappointed and they agreed to. They instead sent a gift certificate for Xenia location only. Don’t waste your time or money.

Great Food and Great Service
(Try not to cook the chicken so long is the only complaint).

Got salad and chilli. The chilli was heated in microwave (cold in middle). More of a bar then restaurant.

Horrible. Got there at 645 place our order just before 7. Waited 45 minutes to get our food. Wings were a mixture of just cooked and been sitting for a long while. Not even the same color. Mozzarella sticks and potato wedges were cold. I've been to other roosters and they were a solid 5 stars. Not this place. Never again

One complaint, the music was so loud we could not carry on a conversation. I asked if it could be turned down. Waitress said she would tell "them", it was not turned down.
The food and service were excellent.

It wasn't good they over cooked there. Wings twice 60 dollars for over cooked wings came for the first didn't have any or the last two times we went probly won't go third time in a row disappointed

It’s a real shame that their service is so terrible because I like their food. Called in an order at 5: 23 today. Was told it would be ready in 20-25 minutes and it wasn’t ready until 6: 40! What’s the point of even calling your order in? ! If you want cold food and slow service go to this location!

1 and. 75 hours for our visit. Appetizer came right out, then an hour wait for salad, two mac and cheese, and one sandwich. It was the wrong sandwich to boot. Salad was really good as was the mac but geezomicky. Server took 25 minutes between visits. Floors were very slick!

Our meal was delicious! My hubby had the Roosters Nest w/o bacon and jalapenos. I had veggie burger w/the works including pepper jack cheese and a half garden salad. Fresh ingredients and piping hot. Server was good and kind.
