Roosters, Columbus OH

Was kind of annoy when we had to seat out self but then the next party was sat by a person. It was "well pick a booth from over there. " over our server and food was good but not fun when you start off with a bad experience.

Called in order.tried curbside service but no one answered the phone so had to walk in. Rude young lady at desk! Chicken wings not prepared as requested and had no taste, like the sauce had been watered down. Not my first bad experience with this location but will be my last as I will not go back!

Went in today 11/7/21 at 1pm. Wasn't seated until 2 due to the football game. I understand no worries. But having a waitress that wasn't very good at her job really sucks. If you don't like your job I understand, I've been there. But be better. At the end of the meal she didn't even offer us box's. No one would answer us when we asked them if we could have a box. Waitress didn't ask us how the meal was or if there was anything we needed. 90% of the time we sat without drinks due to waitress not paying attention. Food was almost cold, somewhat warm. Gave us chicken nugget sized boneless chicken wings. Over priced as well. Dumpster fries were down sized on the portions as well. Not getting what you pay for anymore. Don't bring your business here.

Love Roosters! Always have good food and service. Wings are great (better than than many other highly publicized places).

Always love this Roosters, specifically this location. The staff are all pleasant, the atmosphere is well lit and inviting to adults and children alike. They have good wi-fi. I love that the bar has power plugs under the bar and purse hooks. Those features have set a high standard for me when evaluating bars. The food is excellent and generally inexpensive. There can be a wait for seating at times so plan accordingly.

Food was good and fast! Server was very friendly. My mom had chicken tenders and I had a veggie burger. We both had self-imposed condiment issues (I forgot to order some and mom didn't like her's) - but our server was super cheerful and helped us out right away. We would definitely eat at this restaurant again.

The service was good. The restaurant was full of people who were enjoying the food and the atmosphere. It's like a sports bar restaurant. It was nice.

Great experience in a time when those are hard to come by. It’s incredibly difficult to have a positive restaurant experience these days, so this was a positive break from the norm.

We walked in on a Wednesday night during peak hours and sat down right away. This is where the only star deduction came from as it took a while for our server to greet us after seating, I think only because she wasn’t aware of us being seated there. From there on out our server was great. Order was delivered quickly and correctly. Overall it was great. This wasn’t our first time here and won’t be our last.

Also worth mentioning, Rooster’s has an allergen guide posted on their website and uses separate driers for allergen purposes. Having a child with an extreme shellfish alergy, this is a major plus for us. Good job, Rooster’s.

The boss man had bought the crew some pizza so after work we stopped to have a beer or two maybe three but the service was excellent, had a awesome selection of beer and the atmosphere was laid back you could tell that it was a local hangout and friendly. The pizza was great also would recommend to my friends

Takes way too long to get drinks after ordered. 15+ TV’s in this place and we were told not a SINGLE one could be changed for a football game, seems to me they just didn’t want to do it…. Manager who told us also needs to check his attitude.definitely not a place that is about pleasing the customer

Great value - consistently good quality food for the price, fun atmosphere in a well-maintained facility, and a high level of service. As staffing has become a challenge many restaurants have limited hours, reduced menus, and provide a lower level of customer service. Somehow Roosters’ management has been able to continue operating at a high level.

Friendly and patient staff. Regular customers are recognized. Menu has been a little inconsistent just like a lot of other places. Quality and preparation is what you would expect. Prices are decent including drinks.

First time at a Roosters, definitely a good experience. BUSY Saturday, before OSU game on TV. Even though they were swamped, the service was terrific. Food was rock solid "bar food. " Wings were great.just wish they described the size & break down a bit better. Ended up with too many. Fried mushrooms were crisp & tasty. Sauces & dips / dressings were outstanding. Kind of a disappointing selection of craft taps. I think. For some reason, waitress couldn't tell me what was on tap? (Weird). Still, enjoyed it. We'll look for other locations, now, as we travel.

Normally great - came 11/2/21 @ 6pm, sat and waited for 15 minutes - no waitress showed up. Several other customers were served that came after us. Ended up getting up and leaving with no service.
