The chicken was seasoned to perfection, but the crisp just wasn't there for me. The burgers were amazing but they didn't follow instructions on how to cook them. Service was good. Server was on top of things. 8.5/10

Staff is usually pretty nice. Although they've lost our appointment a couple of times and then were also unable to get us in several times. We showed up TWICE this month, only to be told, we had no appointment. Which we did. They then told us a few people out on vacation. So don't know if they just removed our appointment due to staff shortages, or they just truly didn't put our appointment in or "lost it". When we do get in though, they do a nice job. Place is neat inside and not a bad location

I get my son’s haircut here. They do a good job and the women have been nice and professional. There is a man who works there who is always using inappropriate language very loudly. It is very unprofessional.

Louie is absolutely phenomenal! He did my 3yr old sons first haircut and has been the only one to cut it since! My daughter and I go in every 2-3wks for a side shave and design. Louie is always super accommodating and the kids love him. We always walk out feeling amazing!

Took my 9yr old son here. By far the best haircut he's ever had. Liz did exactly what I asked for and always 5 stars if the kid likes it. We will be back!

I've been to several places here in town to get a beard line up / trim and this is probably the best one I've had. Ask for Louie. Couldn't be happier. I'll be back.

Always a good experience and a moderately priced haircut. Services can add up fairly quickly but pricing is upfront and visible. You know what you'll be charged before you commit.

Was best haircut I have ever had, Louie took care of me the day before a wedding, beard trim and haircut, I received lots of compliments regarding how good the cut was! Will definitely be back

The first time I came was 6 months ago and when I showed up for my 10: 00 appointment I was told to wait and they would get me when a chair freed up. I left after waiting 15 min past my appointment time.

The most recent trip resulted in a very poor haircut at a price of $32! What a rip.

Another customer was using offensive language and the barber was joking with him about it. Not the kind of place I would ever visit again.

I had a very good experience with Shelby here! Even though it was raining outside, I felt like the sun was shining.

It was my first time there and it was amazing. They treat you very well and take great care of you. I will definitely be coming back.

They don't care about their good stylists. Called to find out where my favorite stylist went and they wouldn't tell me. Needless to say I found where Bobbi Jo went and I'll never be back to roosters.

Best spot in Toledo to get your haircut, every barber here is skilled and confident in what they do, whatever you’re looking to do, they can do it. You can’t beat this spot!

Make an appointment a few days out tho, don’t try to just walk in because they’re almost always booked up.
