We had a hot water issue in just our shower. We called Fry Heating and cooling out and we're charged $119.00 to be told it was a plumbing issue. Previous experience told me to call Rooter Pro. They sent out Brandon who after hearing the details was confident it was not a plumbing issue. He took the time to look at the setup, look over the plumbing he could see and determined with confidence there was nothing he could legitimately do to guarantee a fix as he was certain it was the tankless heater. Since then there have been zero issues so if it were a plumbing issue I'm sure it would still exist and Brandon would have to have returned.

I love my experience with this company. They came and solved my issues and found the problem. So we can fix it in the future so respectful so clean. They will be my company in the future thanks

2 young men came to house to do some work. They were very courteous and I know sometimes customer service isn't always easy. Needless to say there were some unexpected surprises to deal with. You absolutely saved me. No one wants sewage backing up in their basement. It's even worse when it happens late at night on a weekend. When the technician came and asked me if somebody had explained what the pricing was I smiled and said no. But at that point it really didn't matter I was being saved. I had called two other companies that did not answer the phone. I was panicking and so grateful that they answer the phone and came late at night on a Friday to clear out my sewer line. I spent the rest of the night mopping the basement with bleach and water. Super unpleasant but I am so thankful that they rescued me in my time of need at a very late hour. By the way it was $275 very well spent.

Christian was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He showed up after regular business hours and before leaving he made sure that my sink drain was completely unclogged and in good working order. He cleaned up his work area completely. I would recommend Christian to my friends and family.

I had excellent service with ruder man I was running a little late for my appointment and they accommodated me and when I got home I called and they sent the guys over I didn't have to wait a long time I appreciate their good service they came in assessed the issue took care of it and left great job guys

When I got in contact with them they seemed great friendly professional. Boy was I wrong the kid they sent to my house said the estimate was free. When he located the problem he said he can do it for $225.00 with a 60 day guarantee. So I said yes do it.one hour in he said he would have his boss to come and take a look because it seems to be the city pipeline or something broke. He said he would call me waited never got a call. I waited for two days nothing. So I ended up calling and no answer so I called his boss gave me another story that he has to send a jet pressure to unclog it but it was going to charge me another 300 something. I said no because the kid said 60 days guaranteed he said he would have to get back with me and would call me in a couple hours again I waited and nothing next day I called and he blocked my number. So I called with a different phone and he answered. He said he couldn't fix the problem for the 225 he originally said because he spent more then 4 hours trying to fix the problem. That if I want to move forward it would cost me more. Oh and he said he never gives a guarantee then why say that you do.you charge by the hour why not say it in the beginning. I would really stay away from them. He will charge you for service and then tell you it's by the hour.

Scheduled an appointment to have my bath tub drained cleaned out because it was draining slow. It was 11am, said they’d be here within the hour. 2: 30pm rolls around and they never showed or called. I called back and the man said they’d be here shortly. Now it’s the next day and I still haven’t heard from them. Never showed up or bothered to call and say they’re not coming. I wasted an entire day sitting here waiting and they didn’t even have the courtesy to call. I ended up calling another company and they’ve already been here, fixed the issue and they’re gone. Rooter Man clearly thinks their time is more valuable than their customers.
