We were in an accident in February of 2015, I called Rob while sitting on the side of the road in Napoleon and by the time we returned to Defiance, he had contact made with our insurance company and our rental car set up. Our car was totaled in the accident and Rob went to bat for us to get just an extra few hundred dollars for the payoff amount of our car.

We also bought a home warranty that they had talked to us about in the 3 years that we have had it we have had our garage door opener replaced, a new refrigerator, and a major plumbing issue fixed.

Rose Insurance Agency is amazing. Mandy and Rob definitely go above and beyond when I needed them. I am grateful to know they are in my corner if there is ever another issue.
