Worst place ever. They don't tell you there is a no exchange policy here. When I asked why they didn't say anything to me when I bought stuff here the guy said and I quote " We don't tell everybody " or is it just certain people. Don't go here. Beware of this place. They rip you off on prices and are untruthful. I should have given 0 stars but that isn't an option.

Very helpful they have a wide variety of products to pick from as far as make up body care or nails and other beautification options the husband and wife team who own the store have never been rude to me and they hire other people of color to help as well its nice to see other races of people getting along especially over beauty items. Great place amazing finds and wonderful service.

Clean store items we're easy to find. Clerks were irritating because they follow and stare at you so it's uncomfortable, you can't shop in peace!

Stopped there to get braiding hair, the store was a bit unorganized. The service was wonderful.

Not a good place to shop they watch me the whole time the Chinese lady ran my card for a different price and wouldn’t put my money back on the card the black lady let them dog us black people they don’t know about complexion and hair is cheap nor do they have good selections on lace front wigs smh go on granger rd by drug mart better prices and selections he knows his products and very reasonable if you come there all the time he will give you a 10% every time you shop there

I would never go to this store location ever again because they always following you all throughout the store like you're going to steal and I do not have to steal out of that store. I have money to buy anything in that store. They need to be watching the people that does actually steal & not the ones that don't steal and purchase their items. It made me feel uncomfortable that they were following me and my daughter around the store. That's bad for business because everybody is not in there to steal and some customers are in there to actually purchase items. Everybody do not steal who walks in their establishment. I would definitely not recommend my family and friends to patronize the store location.

I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this beauty supply store because recently my daughter and I came to this store we was being followed the whole time we was in the store for no reason. I guess they thought we was going to steal or something. I didn't like that at all. I have no reason to steal anything. I had plenty of money to buy anything in that store. I was uncomfortable and will not be coming back to that store location because of that reason. They need to be watching the ones that does steal not the customers that will actually buy from your store. Smh! Sad!

Everything was neat and you could find what you wanted, price reasonable, customer service was polite & accurate.would definitely go there again.

Just left out. No one else was in the store. The lady followed me to each and every aisle I went it. I understand u have to watch ur product, but I never wanna feel like ima a thief. I dont go to stores to steal. I have a good job and can pay for what I want. Cashier was nice but that experience was uncomfortable. Unless u wanna be followed like a criminal dont shop there.

Hair selection is not up too date, and didnt know folks still hide behind and watch if your stealing, everybody dont steal, so I wont be back.
