My family and I were very pleased with the kindness and compassion from the staff at Rosehill. We worked directly with Lamonte to plan my grandmothers burial, and he made sure to communicate everything clearly, and help in any way. He went above and beyond to ensure any barriers we encountered were taken care of. We were very thankful to have the staff at Rosehill guiding us through such a difficult time.

Staff is hardly ever in the office every time I’ve come here. I’ve been waiting in the parking lot now for 20 minutes to pay for the headstone for an infant. No one is around says their open but yet the doors are locked worst staff ever!

My parents are buried at Rosehill in Springfield and they posted all winter decorations would be removed the second week of March so I waited until the third week I went to decorate for spring and Easter and last week I was horrified to find the cemetery removed all of my recently purchased decorations and discarded them when I reached out to them for an explanation I was told I was more than welcome to come to the cemetery and and rummage through the dumpster for my property.totally heartsick and appalled the cemetery stole my American flag from my Father a World War II veteran. I am beyond disappointed with the customer service given to me and my family by Rosehill

My husband passed away suddenly on May 14th on May 15th my two sons and I went to Rose Hill Burial Park because my husband’s mother and the rest of his family has been laid to rest out there so I put him out there also and paid for everything up front because that’s how it has to be done well my experience with them has been awful they told me his crypt plate would take 6-8 weeks give it take because of COVID which I understand but in august I get a call from one of the ladies at Rose Hill telling me she missed it when she was processing the orders and how sorry she was and she was gonna put a rush on it and it would take about 2 weeks and here we are 2 months later no eta on the crypt plate no explanation no nothing this has been a nightmare with this place now mind you I have walked around the cemetery and seen that headstones and crypt plates have been put up since my husband’s death how can this happen and I’ve also contacted the general mgr with no response and the bbb my next step I guess is to go see a lawyer or the attorney general’s office since everyone out there are trying to avoid me!

Its terrible you dont have a name map on your website! Especially when trying to find a old friend you just want to pay respects too! Hope you fix this asap!

This place tears downs your decorations, but only on the side that can be seen from the road! Everywhere else is still full of old Christmas decorations and today is march 18th! Terrible choice, we regret placing my mom there!

Worst place to ever have your loved one. Memorials disappear, no notices of when cleans up are taking place. No one returns your calls. Information posted on signs at entrance has bad phone number. You have to leave a message even though the website says they are open 24/7. Worst sales staff I have ever run into and I work in sales. Will make a phone call to Better Business Bureau about lack of care, concern and courtesy. As well lack of any proper processes in place. Absolutely no communication!
