I got gel nails and 7 days later my nails started chipping like crazy the man who did my nails was very rough but he was respectful.

Peter did an amazing job on my nails this afternoon, will definitely be a regular of his now! Thank you.

I recently moved to Ohio from NY. Why? Lol I try this rose nails and the one in Green. Sorry to be so blunt but the One in Green caters more to white people. I would one day appreciate if blacks got the same respect as whites. But anyway. I love this Rose nails always gets me right my nails, lashes and pedicures. Thank you. Rose nails in Green can learn from y’all.

Would not recommend especially the one in Green prices are more expensive compared to their Waterloo store and pregnant lady was very rude when I asked what the difference was in services for eyebrow waxing to be more at this store then the Waterloo store. I gtgel polish and it didn’t even last a whole week. They will not get my business again.

I have so much respect for this place. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they dealt with a difficult customer in a calm manner, offering the person a discounted price for their next visit (the customer was upset for a very irrational reason). The customer went on to say racist things and yet they still remained calm. Girl, if that were me getting told those disrespectful things I would’ve went OFF. This is the world we live in today, folks. Smh. The point of all this is, if you want awesome nails and really awesome people doing your nails, Rose Nails on Waterloo Rd is the place to go!

I went to Rose nails for the first time, to get a gel manicure. I waited 45 minutes before sitting in a chair, and another 10 minutes after that until someone came to do my nails. When I mentioned how busy it was, Anna the manager, who was doing my nails, told me that she was short 3 nail techs that day. I can completely understand and sympathized with her immediately. I believe she even called in a nail tech from another location to help. She was running around like crazy, keeping things moving. I will say that because of this, I did feel that I was rushed and wished she had spent a minute or two at the end of my manicure to clean up the edges, but I guess I understood how busy she was. Overall, I will definitely be back, because the manicure was good. The wait time was crazy (can you imagine if I was getting a pedicure as well? !) BUT I will skip going right after work during the rush, because it was just too busy for me. Go during the day if you can and I'm sure you will love your experience. It was clean and there were TONS of gel colors to choose from.

This place is FABULOUS if you want amazing nails that look clean and fresh. This is the place to go JAMES is amazing such a great nail tech very friendly and does everything he can to make sure you walk away with a smile on your face. Also the owner is also FABULOUS love her personality. She makes sure you're happy with the services. Amazing customer service would definitely recommend

Came in today. I used to come frequently years ago and the work was beautiful with good price. Visit today very disappointing. Nails half done and got charged 50 bucks for a overlay and gel polish. Smh! I feel raped.

I Came in for a gel “ polish change” and was charged almost 27.00 with tax for JUST a polish change.
But if you get a “ fill”, 2 nails repaired AND gel polish like my girlfriend had done it’s only 36.00? Can someone explain to me how a polish change is 25.00? That is most DEFINATELY ripping someone off! I will NEVER come back to this place again! And also the sign taped to the back of the woman’s bathroom door asking people to pay “ CASH”
Instead of credit cards is illegal! But if you use the ATM to get cash, she will refund your ATM fees? Not only does she rip off her customers, but she’s also cheating on her sales tax. WORST experience ever!

Surprisingly classy for a nail shop!? ! I was very pleased with my dates nails from here. The staff was very good, and I recommend James, or K bc they took great care of both of us! Will be back

Poor quality of service for the price. I got a basic manicure and fill and it cost me 78 dollars I have no problem with paying for good quality work but my acrylic nails are bumpy and my polish on my toenail cracked before I got home. I liked the ambiance of this place and the staff seemed ok.

Went in for lashes a hour in half before they close was told she was doing her last person, I’ve been there a number of times won’t return definitely not how you’d treat a customer.

I love Rose Nails! The whole staff is so sweet. They always do my nails perfectly. There's been an issue ONCE in the years I've been going and it was fixed immediately. I got the chrome powder. I was warned that it may chip or flake. Only one nail did and it was fixed the next day and fine for another two weeks. If you want the best nail salon in Akron, get there! Even when I lived 30 minutes away, I took the drive to the salon. COMPLETELY worth it!

Tried SNS for the first time. Anna did my nails & they turned out great! I get my nails done every couple weeks and i’m never disappointed with my results.would definitely recommend.

I wouldn't go anywhere else! I always get compliments on my nails. I have been coming here for years and will continue for years to come. The owner has always been wonderful to me, she always strives to make me happy! There is not a bad nail tech that works here. You will be very pleased!

Rose nails is the best salon around! Anna and her staff are very straight forward and very honest people! Anyone that goes to Rose nails will leave there very happy. For those people that give a 1 star definitely something wrong with them. I've never had bad service and I've been going for over 15 yrs.

The only nail place I've found that knows their services and provides quality work. My full set lasted 3 wks with not even a scratch in the polish, a nail lifting or chipping. Very reasonable on prices

I will never visit Rose Nails again I sent my daughter in to have her nails done and she wasn’t informed on anything as far as prices. She specifically asked how much a full set of coffin nails cost she was told $30, she left out of there spending almost $40. It wasn’t until I went in and asked why so much that she/I was told shaping cost more. Very unprofessional

I waited 45 minutes which wasn’t bad for how busy they were but an hour after I got my pedicure the big toe had chipped significantly and they didn’t do a good job of getting the peeling skin off my feet.

My pedicure was great. I have wanted an ombre nail color but no one can seem to ever do it. Everytime I see someone I ask where they got it done and they say rose nail.so I gave it a try. Before I even walked back I showed them what I wanted. The guy said he couldn't do on my short nails but I had plenty of free edge. He said he could do it with a longer nail. So I let him do an almond shaped tip on me. Then when he gets them on and cut he tells me we are not doing the ombre. So very irritated by now. I asked them why did we put the tips on.long story short it looks like the base of my nails are blue at top half pink.even asked him to fade in more after he did the first one.then he never showed me again until finished with that hand. My couple of my nails are lopsided and I have the the powdered stuff cured under my nails and around my nails. If you cant do it why cant you just say that. I paid full price for my service and tipped. I dont ask for free things but unfortunately this service I should have. Had he said I cant do this I would have said ok and just done a polish. Dont think I will be recommending this place even though my pedicure was good.
