Store managers are clueless managers walking around talking with long lines, they should hire new managers, I seen one manager talk real nasty to they’re employee in front of customers

It's so unfortunate that there's a shortage of retail workers and people with customer service skills. On my visit there today the staff thought it was okay to stand around and loudly talk about people's communities in a negative way. Not considering that the people in the lines spending their money live in some of those communities. It's sad that good help is hard to find, and people have no regard for others. I see why there is so much turnover at this store because apparently management is not training staff to be professional!

Messy store. Cashier was super slow (took her 3 minutes to ring up 4 items) Complained the entire time about how nasty and gross the women's bathroom was.

This place is like a thrift store on adrenaline! They have a little bit of everything and all of it is cheap or reasonably priced. Why have I never come here before? !

Always save money here, this place is great. Shopping cart full of house hold goods like dish & face rags/towels with the hangers in kitchen and bathrooms. Etc.awesome place to shop lee mens jeans $5-$9 comfort fit, not those stanky legs tight jeans.

Im standing in line at Roses right now. 2 cashiers and at long lines. 4 employees walking around. 12 people in one line and 13 in the other. Employee informed the store manager. And we still are waiting. Rose's has officially lost my business

Energy was off, waited a hour and half to get a layaway out and they messed up the layaway
Cashier who is name Lisa had a bad attitude
Even the cart lady and manager was arguing,
they had some frozen expired milk in there I

I bought a gazebo and when I went to unbox and set up the gazebo I found that the poles were rusted on the inside and some pieces were broken. To top it off there were no instructions and no one seems to even know the brand name of this CLEARLY used item. I can't get back up to the store to return this because of the pandemic and lack of Uber/Lyft. Now I have this broken, useless $80 gazebo just collecting pollen in the backyard. Thanks, guys.thanks.

You can find some nice items. BUT. THE STORE NEEDS TO BE RESTORED. AND THE
FLOORS ARE FILTHY. A BIRD WAS FLYING AROUND WHERE THE CEILING WAS BROKEN AND WATER DRIPPING FROM THE CEILING
INTO A BUCKET.

Great Prices. Nice selection. Convenient. Poor Customer Service. Oftentimes down right nasty.and rude. This retailerr could and should do better.

Your store is a filthy mess. The floors looks as if they have never been cleaned, nevermind, polished. There is actual dirt on your floor.
Customers are not allowed to use carts to deliver their buys to their car. I guess no one has ever complained. Call city inspector

The store was very unorganized, there was dirt (literally) of some sort on the floor in several areas. I had to leave my cart at the end of the aisle because they were to cluttered for it to fit. The electronics area was BARE. I gave up even trying to get in several areas of the store. I should've taken more pictures, but I didn't think about it until I gave up and decided to leave. I gave 2 stars because I could see some nice merchandise,
just was a hassle trying to navigate to it. Unacceptable.

Very unorganized. Dirt (literally) on the floor. No way to navigate the carts (with the large pole attached to it) down the aisle. The aisles were to cluttered, you literally had to leave the cart and walk over items on the floor. I gave a 2 star because there was nice merchandise, however to was too chaotic trying to get to it. Unacceptable

Something about this store is not right. I am most comfortable in stores that are clean, neat and orderly, and this store misses the mark! Very dirty! Clothing smells. Sizes of things are unorganized. Food shelves look a little disheveled. The only thing I could bring myself to purchase was a belt, and the sizing was off from what was labeled. If I didn’t cut the tag off, it would’ve been returned. I’d say a big no thank you to this store.

This is by far the dirtiest store I have ever been in. There’s trash on the ground right outside of the entrance. Absolutely disgusting.

Reminds me of a Value City or Silverman's. You can get some good bargains but what I don't like are the sensors on the shopping carts. You can't take them out the door and it's a hassle if you have a lot of merchandise.
