Ross Dress for Less reviews
16 The best shopping trip ever. I got 21 different coats, sweaters from XS to large for dogs and puppies. Each was only. 49¢ each. Going to donate to the shelters.
Also got 2 boxes of Xmas ornaments for. 49¢ each. Got a Wilton silicone mat only $2.99.
The designer bags/shoes are at a discounted price! I was unaware Ross sold designer items and the quality is decent. Customer service has been great so far.
I am surprised this store is still open, it was a total disaster everything was a total mess! Everything was thrown on the floor you could hardly walk around. Not going back at all, dont waste your time.
The store has a lot of empty shelves and racks but for the most part, I found what I came in for. Not a huge selection but good enough. The line was extremely long but it moved at a decent pace. One of the cashiers stopped ringing to sort hangers which I think could’ve waited. The other cashiers were really friendly. Karlie is doing an amazing job!
I've been to this store 2x's. Each time I was there security alarms from packaging would be going on and of with the most annoying sound for 10 plus minutes at a time and not one employee or manager would seek out the issue and turn it off. So disturbing
This Ross always has a large selection of clothing and home decor and great name brand finds. If your looking for double digit sizing this is the Ross for you!
An excellent place to eat with the family, a great variety of dishes to enjoy, the staff is very friendly and attentive at all times.
Honestly nor me or my family will be coming back, Trisha (manager) made us feel extremely uncomfortable since she didn’t wanted to wait for my grandma to get out of the fitting room she just stood there watching her NAKED and did not moved till we got out in a rush just to then slam the fitting doors behind us. We told her she should not treat her customers this way and didn’t even bother to look at us & we also had to call her name multiple times to ask her if she could open the fitting room again so my grandma could put her shirt on. We come here daily but after today I doubt we’ll be back, I hope something gets done about this.
It just so happened to ride with my daughter and ended up stopping in. I have to say their options were slim to none. Not a variety of anything. However I did find a beautiful lamp and a few other household items. My daughter found a nice handbag and carry-on bag for her travels. The customer service was nice but not a ROSS I would make a point to visit again. Chargin location is much better!
Terrible. Always something different happening at this location. I always find something cute but they always mess something up!
First visit. A TJMaxx clone (or maybe Ross was first.) Very messy, clothes strewn over the racks, items left everywhere they don't belong.
Decent selection. The items at this store seem sparse. I usually come for the bags and todays visit there was not many purses to choose from.
Shelves weren't as stocked as they were at Christmas, but I was able to find some bargains. It's a store where you will find something you like and at a reasonable price.
I think it’s a hit or miss. Some times when I go in I find so much and I love it and other times what I’m looking for isn’t there or the selection is low because of shoppers. I will continue to go back, just know it’s a hit or miss type of place. I think because of location it really needs more shipment then it gets.
Decent Store (Part of TJ Maxx and Home Goods BTW). Clean. Friendly staff. One drawback is some of the merchandise ALARMS when you pick it up tonexamine it, and it takes exorbitant amounts of time for staff to silence the alarm devices. Very offensive sound and can annoy people with fibromyalgia like myself. TJ Maxx doesn't have that issue! Overall a pleasant shopping experience otherwise.
Place reminds me of a goodwill. Things thrown all over. Random stuff all over. Very unorganized.
