Ross Dress for Less reviews
16Lots of deals here. I recommend checking them out. Clean store, huge selection, friendly staff.
Very poor customer service cashier walked away from register with 17 people in line waiting to help someone look for something that wasn't even paid for I will not be back.
I love shopping at Ross, however time the store was too messy, couldn’t really shop because everything was everywhere and I am a real shopper so it had to really been a mess.
This place was a great find. I went in knowing what I was looking for and once I found it all went super smooth. Quick and easy check out, nice employee's and parking was not a problem. Let's just say my poodle loves the outfit!
This was the first time myself and my son went into this store I did find my son a red button shirt for homecoming but unfortunately the store is mess, things turn, missing socks, which you are people are stealing
The store has fitting rooms that are open. There is a huge selection of clothes but there is a mess in the order and sizes of the items. The checkout was average waiting time.
Every time we’ve been to this store somehow the bathrooms are never available. It’s kinda ridiculous!
Great selection of items. I would like to see more options in the women's shoe section other than dress shoes and sandals. I did find a pair of shoes that I needed for less than 50 bucks. Everywhere else wants 60 or more for a pair of shoes. I grabbed a pair of house slippers that are just too cute not too, and last but not least I found an egg holder for the fridge. In one of these you can store a dozen and a half eggs. Plus it is encased with a lid so if you need to set something on top of it, You won't have to worry about the eggs being squished.
They close their dressing room at 7: 55pm when the store closes at 9pm. Unfortunately I like to try on all clothes before purchasing so I had to leave everything.
Nice store, it's what you'd expect from a Ross. The selection is smaller than the TJ Maxx down the road, but still has a good amount of options.
Good prices on everything I got. Plus I was treated with respect which is very important to me.
Good prices however; employees need to know how to treat ppl's clothing after they buy things they just ball the things up & I kindly takemine BACK out & gold them up
them right back out
At the time of paying at the checkout they did not give me all the clothes I bought and I paid for clothes that they never gave me
Great options, even better prices! The lines are crazy long but it doesn't stop us from shopping there!
As a long time shopper at Ross, I am disappointed with the service I have received on three separate occasions and the customer service is horrible. Today on Black Friday, I was the only person in the store and I asked for help to carry a 7 by 10 carpet priced at ($99.99) to the front so I can pay for it but was denied help. I was told to wait for 20mins until the lady would help me dispute having three standing/chatting employees in the front. This is not the first time I have had problems with this supervisor (young Lady with a bad attitude). My first encounter with her was that she had a bad attitude and was just plain rude when she was talking to me. The second time, she had attitude again and got in a screaming match with me in front of other customers (I told her if they do not help then I will take my business elsewhere, that is after I had spent almost $200). The third encounter, was today on Black Friday 2020 as mentioned above. Due to the above Incidents, I will not be returning to this Ross in Beavercreek, Ohio. Recommendation: stuff needs customer service training or else you will lose a lot of loyal customers. Lastly, I am not the only person who has expressed disappointment with the service at this store.
Disappointed
