I called this company for a quote to treat for ants. I explained that when I scheduled the appointment. The representative was supposed to call before arriving. He showed up without calling and I was still at work. He tried to sell a contract for pest services to my wife. She got me on the phone. When I told him that I only wanted 1 treatment he became angry and stomped out of our house muttering to himself. Scared my wife with his rudeness. BE AWARE!
