Rudi should be a private investigator. I had a leak that was coming from my tub and I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from, so I called Roto router and they sent out Rudi.

He was here for approximately 15 minutes and he found the leak.

I can get besides myself sometimes. I've been up since am and it's now 5pm. My downstairs basement flooded. I called Roto Rooter and they sent out Rudi.

Words can not explain how patient Rudi was in dealing with me. Even though I did give him a hard time, he remained super professional through out there entire job.

I do not know how he did it but he got my basement completely unclogged and he even cleaned up the entire mess.

If I ever need any plumbing work done. I I'm only dealing with roto rooter and asking for Rudi

I just moved into my new home. The cable company didn't clean up after themselves, the AC guy left wires everywhere but Roto Rooter.

They have a true professional my tech was Rudi and he really knows how to talk.

He explained things to me which I could comprehend. I felt he was being honest he looked me dead in the eyes the entire time we were talking and he had a firm handshake.

More importantly he cleaned up after himself without being told.

Immediate response from Rudi in the middle of the night when we had a plumbing/toilet crisis on a holiday weekend with guests in our home. He was at our house in 20 minutes and fixed the problem and identified additional issues that will need addressed. He returned in the afternoon to help us with a follow up problem. Very professional. My drain in the basement was clogged Rudi came out and fixed it. As a women with a small child Rudi made us feel super comfortable. I will definitely recommend Roto Rooter to all my family and friends

I had a toilet back up. So I called Roto router. They sent Rudi out and he did a very good job explaining things.

He explained things in a very simple way that I understood and felt comfortable with him doing the work.

Highly recommend very impressed with Rudi. Very personable my mom was over and also enjoyed his company.

Rudi came out super friendly guy. My toilet had a leak at the turn off switch Rudi replaced my turn off switch and also replaced the line to it.

He was super quick and really honest. I thought my tub was draining slow but he pointed out to me that it wasn’t at all.

Matthew was punctual and polite. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything that he would be doing and gave me updates throughout the process. He also told me about some weekly/monthly maintenance things I can be doing to help my drains. Roto-Rooter is always my first call for plumbing!

Rudi Mwonyonyi came out for a drain backup service call and was professional, upfront and very personable. He talked me through my options and provided same day service to clear my backup. He also provided an estimate for further repairs to hopefully prevent any future recurrence. I was pleased with the estimate and have scheduled the additional service as well. I can't speak for everyone on the roto rooter team as I only interacted with Rudi but he was GREAT! I highly recommend giving him a call for your plumbing needs

When Rudy showed up to find out what was going on, we explained to him the situation and without any hesitation, made the suggestion of having Kevin come out with his hydro blaster. The two of them worked diligently until the issue was resolved. Their professionalism and courtesy was impeccable!

If you need a plumber, call roto-rooter, and ASK FOR RUDI! Rudi was the 3rd plumber out for me this week (old house and pipes). The first 3 plumbers (first time I called 2 showed up for the job) did not catch all my leaks, but Rudi sure did! Rudi was very detail oriented and took time investing in my plumbing issues to assure that everything was not leaking! I highly recommend Rudi and would advise if anyone has any trouble with their plumbing to give Roto-Rooter a call and ask for Rudi!

Tim Kowalski was the plumber that provided service for me. He showed up within an hour of my initial service call. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Very informed and was able to explain the issue in a way that I could understand. Excellent experience and I would highly recommend having Tim Kowalski provide service. For all future issues I will be requesting his expertise from Roto-Rooter!

My husband bought a snake from Home Depot to fix are back up in the basement but it didn’t work. I told him to call a real plumber but he wouldn’t listen.
