Updated to 3 stars because they followed up and apologized for dropping the ball, but ultimately went to another plumber who completed the job thoroughly and at a quarter of the price.

I called about an emergency at 8pm yesterday and was told someone would be out in about an hour. Dispatched called me at 10: 30pm and told me they couldn't make it happen but set up an appointment for 8am today.

I called after 9am and was told to keep waiting. Got a text saying they are on their way at 9: 30 and no one showed up. I called again at 10: 30 and dispatch told me my window is now from 10-2 and they don't have any guesses on when a technician can be here.

I was swayed by all these good reviews on Google, but this is ridiculous.

Chad was informative and very knowledgeable. He showed up early and got everything done efficiently.

The guys who showed up to fix our water problem were prompt and friendly. They found the problem in a fairly short amount of time and were able to fix it. Overall a very good experience.

Nicholas was scheduled to be here in one hour and he arrived early in 30 minutes. Worked on a clogged kitchen sink that was over 25 feet down the pipe. He worked steady for 90 minutes and succeeded in clearing the clog.
Nicholas was very cordial and polite. I’m very happy with his work.

Had a last minute request to cap a 1/2" water line in the house. It was late and time was of the essence so we could turn the hot water back on. Nick was on time and showed up full of energy to get our issue solved. He was enjoyable to chat with, but never stopped working on the problem. We're all set now. No leak, hot water, low cost, friendly service, and we hope Nick is enjoying the rest of his night.

Our sink drain was clogged for 4-5 days. He came within the hour and repaired the issue after working for a while and even came back within 20 minutes when another issue arose. Highly recommend.

Michael was incredibly nice and explained the whole scenario of dealing with a clogged toilet. Super happy it was the best case scenario and only took about 30 minutes!

Very reassuring he could fix drain issue. When machine was too big to get through my door, he called for another technician with smaller machine to come same day to unclog my drain. Appreciate he’s professionalism and pleasant personality.

Contacted about back up in basement. Was on the way within 2 hours. Service was complete immediately by Shawn who did an excellent job with video confirmation. Service was spectacular.
