I have used Roto Rooter four times in FL. Never again in OH.
Plumbing issue, Rotor Rooter. In FL.
Ohio, never again. I retracted my previous commmt, to be kind.
They did finally make it right, but to hear how hateful these employees are.
I was upset with Crystal, but she came out and did her job. Josh literally said, she’s only a meter reader, I’m an adjustor. Well, we still had problems, so Josh, after five phone calls, blames it on Antonio. And Rich, who is supposed to be the boss.lol.
Literally, these men are hateful, can’t get their act together. They couldn’t even put my fridge back. Literally, Antonio’s excuse was that Roto Rooter didn’t have a truck. Crystal, let’s find you a company!

Javon (sorry if I misspelled) and Chris came out today to exchange a toilet and snake a bathtub… they were FANTASTIC! They, both, were so nice and personable, and answered every question that I had. I truly appreciate both of them for their hard work! If I need any more work done, I’m asking for them! “Two very enthusiastic thumbs up”

These people are the worst of all plumbing out there. All they care about is making a dollar.

Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time. I contacted them due water backup in the basement of a property I own. They stated someone would be able to come out within two hours. Three hours later they called and stated the tech “had to leave for the night” and someone would come out the following day between 9-11. At 11 the following day I received a call stating they were running behind and would be late. After additional delays a tech finally arrived two hours late. After two hours of snaking the drain the tech was unable to clear the line. He left with a promise that another tech and a supervisor would return to complete the work. Seven hours later I’m still waiting for someone to return. Not only did the tech not fix the problem, he made it worse. No water will drain and I have two inches of sewage in my basement, and tracks of sewage on the stairs where he pulled the machine out. All calls have been met with “I’m sorry we are busy” and will come back later. One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with.

Chris provided excellent customer service! He was very knowledgeable and proficient. I called thanksgiving night and they were out the next morning. He fixed the problem and educated us on what we should avoid doing as far as the drain in the future.

DO NOT USE THEM! $425.00 to replace my own garbage disposal. Took 20 minutes and two tools. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Use anyone else but them!

Roto router has always been very professional and efficient. We used them five years ago for a tree root in our pipe and it’s still intact. They inspected it this time when they returned for a different issue and were able to tell us how we can maintain service in the future so that we do not have further problems. Highly recommend. Fair pricing.

Very professional. I would not hesitate to use Roto-Rooter again. Came out on Sunday then back few days later to check main drain with a camera.

Andrew, Chris, Traquez and Terrance were all great! Andrew messaged back and forward with us when we had questions. Chris was fast, efficient and got the job done in time for our kiddos to go to bed. Traquez and Terrance tore everything out, but tarps up to contain all the dust and debris from our little children and now have come and removed everything in a timely manner and cleaned up. We would highly recommend these gentlemen and this company!

Don’t trust this company. I paid $1,100 for and incorrect/inconclusive diagnosis. They took a shot in the dark and decided the solution was to replace my main waterline for $12,000. I got a second opinion and also had the city water foreman out - both of them confirmed that wasn’t even the problem. They may get there a few days quicker but don’t care about doing things the right way. I repeat - do not trust.

The technician was able to assess the issue and recommend additional repairs to correct the issue to avoid future problems.

Chris was a great technician! Provided us with solutions to our backup issue. Greatly appreciated!

Had to place a work order for a resident at work. Tim came out and took care of the problem within 30mins of the phone call being place!
