Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup, Youngstown OH

Had very bad water damage due to a main line break in my upstairs bathroom I contacted Roto rooter where Lonnie put me in contact with Aaron they came out 12/12/23 helped walking me through the insurance portion of this as well as explaining what they were looking for and how the process would go. Arron Tyler Amanda And Zoey came out removed the bathroom floor ceiling in my kitchen and kitchen floor as well as put up dehumidifiers and fans to dry the areas and put a protectant on the wood to prevent mold. They set all expectations of how our week will go. Definitely will recommend them to anyone who has water damage and or plumping needs.

Austin & Matt repaired my toilet and replaced supply line and shut off valve. Very professional and prompt service A+

Had to call because homeserve did not help Chris was there in about an hour he was great check the drain and had it cleaned very fast

The really tall guy Austin replaced our sump pump the same day we called and stayed over to fix our kitchen sink as well! He was fabulous!

Page 36 dollars for nothing I just wanted them to change the sink faucet and they estimated 450 dollars and my neighbor changed it for me in 15 minutes for free very bad experience

Do not let this business scam you. My son accidentally dropped a cap from a cologne bottle down the bathroom sink. The sink would not drain at all, so my son tried to unclog it, but there is no way to turn the water off and we soon had water all over the floor but the drain was still clogged. My grandson called Roto-rooter and they came out. After $79.00 just to look at it they said they could fix it but would first have to replace the faucet, even though we had no problem with the faucet. So he replaced the faucet, never did unclog the drain, leaving the sink still clogged up. Charged us $425.00 and said he could snake the drain but it would cost an additional $185.00. The faucet he put in was manufactured in 2011, and he did not even put any caulking around the base of the faucet, nor did he properly install the pedestal back under the sink that he worked on. Totally incompetent, price scamming, unprofessional job. Never, never, never trust them!

Zach was plasent and friendly. The area he had to work in is narrow but he got it done. He attached a water filter because of the sand coming in the water pipes. Very pleased with zach's work. Thank You.

Zach H went above and beyond to fix a backed up drain. He got in, got the issue resolved, and made sure everything was clean and tidy before he left. I would recommend this company and technician to anyone needing a plumber.

10-15-23 They installed a new Hot Water Tank for me and I am EXTREMELY pleased with their services! I never called them before because I heard they were expensive. Not true ya'll! I feel I paid a fair price for what they did for me. I felt like they cared about solving my dilemma. From the moment I made the initial call speaking to Ms. Kim.to the time the Tech's (Brian & Richie) finished the project they were VERY professional, polite, and confidently answered all my questions. The Tech's arrived promptly, and Roto-Rooter taking credit cards for payment now.for me was a BONUS! I HIGHLY recommend this Youngstown Roto-Rooter company!

Zach H came in a timely fashion he introduced himself and talked me through everything he was going to be doing. He was able to unclog my tub drain quickly. Buyer beware.rotor-rooter said they could fix water problem in my attached garage going to basement wall and clogged downspouts by installing a sump pump in basement and putting in new downspouts for $5100.i really wanted it done right so i agreed.the finished job was so unprofessional i don't know where to start.dirt outside in big clumps, not mounded where dug out.sump pump pipes came out diagonally in front of my dryer, and in front of step to garage door making them a tripping hazard.the cement work was sloppy and uneven.i don't know how to put a new floor over it.the lid is cemented on.it was plugged into an extension cord hanging in front of dryer. (which meant it was only on when the light was on.) i had them come back out and they put elbow joints (my suggestion) on pipes to at least get them closer to wall and ran cords to proper plug.said nothing they could do about cement work (i'm a plumber not a cement guy is what the tech said). Then after getting the first heavy rain, still had water in garage.they ignored phone call and email requests so i had someone else look at it who said it was all done wrong.they finally came out last week and became defensive.said it would cost a lot more money for them to do what was suggested.i asked for half of my money back to get it done right.i didn't feel confident they could do it.xavier (he said he was an owner) started gaslighting me saying now there was never a problem with water in the garage and aren't you the woman who had a problem with the money? I responded by asking him if he was trying to take advantage of me because i am a woman.he then stormed out.i am still trying to get over being treated so poorly.

I called Roto Rooter Friday and they offered to have someone at my house within an hour. I scheduled for Saturday and Austin was my plumber. He was so friendly, very knowledgeable and even took time to look at other issues that weren’t apart of the service call just to ease my mind. He was efficient and I plan to request him next time!
