Manny came in and did the repair on my burst pipes. He was incredibly kind and answered all my questions. Whenever I work with repair folks I worry about sexism- speaking to me as if I know nothing because I’m a woman- there was NONE of that from Manny- which I deeply appreciate. He listened to what I learned about the issue respectfully. If I have to call Roto Rooter again I’ll request Manny.:)
Chad was very kind and professional, and each person we interacted with at the company were too! They fixed our problem and were very respectful of our space. Even suggested some other things that could help our bathroom.
Nick was fantastic! He came during an emergency moment & was the most kind person. His work was efficient & he talked us through all the things we needed to know. We can’t thank him enough for saving the day!
Had a drain clogged on a Sunday. Third company I called. First one that could come the same day. Showed up in about one hour. Had problem fixed and done in 15 minutes. Nathan was very polite and professional.
Trevor was awesome and Josh has been great. The only reason it wasn't 5 stars is the total price was a little higher than I was expecting as a reasonable price

Was not pleased with initial customer service who scheduled service. My window was from 1: 45-3: 45. Tech did not show until four hours after that window.

I had a problem with a back up in my main drain. Called Roto-Rooter and the response was very quick. Nick arrived, assessed the problem and began to fix it. Nick was so nice, respectful and cleaned up before he left. Thank you Nick! I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter for any plumbing job.
