My water heater began leaking on Saturday morning, and my husband was out of town. I called Roto-Rooter and I had a technician at my house within 2 hours. Maurice installed a shut-off valve for me so I could at least have water and then returned on Tuesday morning with a new water heater. It went smoothly, he left no mess and I have a water heater that doesn't leak and gives me hot water!

Tyler showed up on time and was great to work with. Explained everything I needed and went above and beyond on everything. He cleaned up before leaving. Took care with my home and items. Great service. I will definitely use them again and I will request Tyler every time.

Did a great job replacing my washer mains faucets. However, they botched a leaky sink repair for me using really cheap parts, which still leaked. Reason they get 4 stars is because they sent out another plumber the next day who used better parts and fixed it for no cost. Reason why it isn't 5 stars is because they used bad parts to begin with, and if it didn't still leak I wouldn't have caught it.

Maurice and Jake were extremely professional, kind and thorough. They ran test after test to make sure that they had resolved all the issues we had; they patiently answered all our questions, and they were super communicative in every step of the way. They explained not only what they were doing but why. Plus, they made sure to clean up before they left. I hope I never have a need for plumbing services for an emergency, but if I do, I will be 100% calling them.

I called with a plumbing emergency and they were helpful and assigned a technician to come out. They arrived within 35 minutes of my call. Luke was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. He answered all my questions and explained the process and what he would be doing. He was very thorough and efficient. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend them! Never used them before but they have earned a loyal customer after this. Luke really was very helpful and polite and detailed.

Last year, a very nice man came to my house from Rotor Rooter and gave me a quote for 3 different plumbing issues I was having. After all was said and done, he gave me a discount and it only cost me $347. So I figured I'd use them again. But a different man came, he gave me no written quotes despite me asking for them. He charged almost $1000 to snake 2 drains. He disappeared for 2.5 hours and didnt turn the water all the way off so water leaked from the upstairs into the basement half bath and I'm still drying it out. He said he had to come back because he didnt have the part to replace the shower cold water knob. Then he didnt even come back - another man came and he charged $656 to replace the knob! That's ridiculous! I will NOT be using them for my remaining plumbing needs or ever again!

Great experience! Expensive of course but got the job done quickly. Kaden was fast and efficient. Only complaint is cost but that's pretty typical unfortunately.

Christopher was our tech and he was amazing. We had a piece on our bathtub wear down which caused our water to not turn off. We called Roto-Rooter and Chris was out to our home within an hour to fix it. He also gave us recommendations on other things that could potentially be pain points. Christopher was super nice and helpful. Will definitely be using them again.
