The technician on my job was very professional, respectful and detail oriented. He checked out the job and discovered that there were some serious code violations in respect to how my old gas water heater was installed. He made recommendations and explained why. Very happy with the service provided. I had Chris Smith with Roto-Rooter visually inspect all the pipes with video camera and he was able to locate exactly where the pipes ran and how deep they were under the finished floor in my basement. This is absolutely crucial to minimize the amount of work to refinish our basement. Chris did an awesome and was very helpful. $440 video camera fee was well worth every penny. Thank you!

Our service technician, Brandon, took a while to get to us (but he told us he was coming all the way from KY!), but once he arrived the service was great. He was thorough, personable, and did a great job diagnosing the problem in our bathroom and fixing it in a professional, diligent, and efficient manner. We were pleased with the service and will likely use this company again.

The technician Brandon was efficient, friendly, and getting the repair done very well. The scheduling, however, was not on time at all: service was promised in 1 to 4 hours before 1: 00 PM, but it was not started until 8: 00 PM.

Brenden your technician was out again on 1/5/19 to repair the main water valve coming into our laundry room. Since he did such an excellent job with fixing our kitchen faucet we asked for him again. And again a job well done!

FANTASTIC! Brian Sharp came to our door, and within 30 minutes he had our drain clean and working and even gave us "Pipe Shield" as a preventive measure so this doesn't happen again. His professionalism and plumbing knowledge is only superseded by his personably charming personality. I definitely will recommend these folks for good, clean ervie!

Matt #2719 the man who came over to service our plumbing was on time. He was very friendly and was not bothered by the 6 kids and barking dog. He explained all costs up front and what would be done. He was very quick and very clean. Thank you for the emergency service.

Brandon came out to run a line in our basement on a Sunday after calling at 9: 30 in the morning the same day. He was courteous and friendly as well as extremely knowledgeable about the business. We have used another company in the past with less than stellar results and we are now considering switching to Roto-Rooter for all of our plumbing needs.

Steve (1188) did an excellent job to install my insinkerator and drain basket. In addition he corrected the drainage system under the sink and now I have more storage spaces.

Service was promised in a 2 hour window on the phone and through an E-mail. When I called to see where they were. I was told service is in a 4 hour window. I called when they didn't meet the 4 hour window. Rotor-Rooter plumber finally arrived after almost 5 hours. The only saving grace was than the plumber (Leslie) did an excellent job. The stars are for Leslie.

Branson (4523) from Roto-Rooter arrived on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the situation and clearly laid out the options. He allowed me to make the decisions without any high pressure tactics. I would highly recommend Branson and Roto-Rooter to my friends and family. Job well done Branson!

I called Roto Rooter due to a clogged drain. Roto Rooter scheduled an appointment. Within a couple of hours a representative/Technician came out. The Technician's name is Matt #2719. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the fast and wonderful job he did. I would defintely call them again.

The young man that serviced us was an absolute God Send! His name is Anthony and his number is 2440. We would recommend him for anyone’s plumbing needs. He even took the time to explain to us what the problem was and what he was going to do to correct it. He even cleaned up after himself which was not necessary but appreciated! The gentleman that came out was very professional and knowledgeable. Made sure my issue was solved before he left. We actually had to unclog a different part of the drain lines than I had thought was the problem. I got same day service. I called at 1pm and they were here by 3. I received a call about an hour after the request to let me know they hadn't forgot about me and then about an hour later to let me know the serviceman was on his way. 5
