This was my first time to Rouen and it was a very good experience. I had ordered a new Jeep compass and it came in last week. I absolutely love it! Gerry was my salesman and made the whole process great. Stayed in touch with me and kept me updated on my Jeep. Will definitely be going there for my next vehicle!

3 weeks is too long, to fix a small dent in my truck bed. The estimator needs to be more accurate, in the estimation so I do not have to wait for my insurance company to approve more funding.

Teka was great to work with. She was professional and listened to what we wanted and needed. Never did she try pressure us into buying or pushy in any way. Definitely will see Teka for out next vehicle purchase.

Let me tell you, this post will never be able to some up how bad this place is. In 6 months of having my car. It was CRASHED. Multiple parts replaced IMPROPERLY and horrible I mean horrible customer service. Fast forward to now! After settling out of court for no money! Only paying of my loan.after being told by the g.m they have a team of lawyers. Take the deal or I'll end up with nothing I'm left with a 2011 grand Cherokee broke down in the driveway from improper installation of the water pump. No dealership will touch it because of the liability.

Jimmy Deiley has went above and beyond to help me get a nice reliable vehicle! All my needs have been met with the whole crew being very polite and helpful from the minute I walked in till the very end! I would definitely recommend this establishment and especially salesman Jimmy Deiley!

Looking at Town & Country, price was19,630, damage to rear end, damage to drivers side, damage to interior and the Manager was ONLY will to take off 100$ from the price, ROUEN HE'LL DEAL, if you call what they offered me a DEAL, oh the Vehicle was a 2016, yep he will deal all right

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation scheduled. Got in & out within 40 minutes. My car was also washed and vacuumed!

Took my truck in for an oil change and to have some other little things addressed. Mark took good care of me. Excellent customer service. He made sure everything that I needed addressed, got taken care of and fixed. This is the first time I’ve had to have my truck serviced since I purchased it back in Jan 2022. I didn’t have any issues at all and Mark kept me informed throughout the day about the progress of my vehicle.
