Roush Hardware reviews
22Hometown Hardware Store! All kinds of "back to basic items" that you can pick up in one place. Very friendly staff!
I went to Roush Hardware yesterday. Walked in and not a single employee was wearing a mask. There was no hand sanitizer anywhere. I turned around and walked out. For a company that claims to be and care about their neighborhood, they aren't taking the most simple precautions to protect their neighbors.
Rough Hardware is like being back in the seventeen. Everything I needed was there, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable overall charming place doing fabulous work
Excellent customer service and always have exactly what I need. There are always helpful employees to guide me to whatever I have come for. When our heat was out, during the winter, they had a variety of electric heaters in stock and took me right to them. I am glad to have a neighborhood hardware store.
Friendly staff that provides quality customer service. Great home town style hardware store! I see the benefit of “shopping small” with the customer service this business provides and the fact it is a business that has been around since 1951. I recommend shopping here!
They sharpened my hedge trimmers both pairs. Assisted me with pipe fittings for gas dryer installation, adapters and hoses for water faucet installation, and fittings for ceramic cook top installation. One stop diy destination. Forget about Lowe's and Home Sleepot where you can never find help because they are busy talking to each other.
Old time style hardware shop. People who can help solve a problem not just point you to an isle that may have something you are looking for. Has so much, if you cant find it there you will only be able to find it on the net.
Wonderful place - shades of yrs.gone by. I took in a Radio Flyer Racer that I had totally messed up - no directions. They not only removed the piece I couldn't get off, they put it together for me! That's the way they always are. Was a Father and Son so there's a new generation. Thank you for your wonderful thoughtful service!
Roush Hardware is my go to place for advice, parts and a sincere friendly service. This is place type of hardware store your wise grandfather would choose to due business with. I've shopped this place for almost 10 years and now that I've moved 18 miles away I pass multiple hardware stores to return for advice and a shopping list.
A great place. The classic old school hardware store. It's employee-owned, and the owners know their stuff.if they don't have it, they can at least tell you exactly what it is and where you might be able to find it!
A little hidden gem is the big selection of regional and slightly strange sodas along the checkout. A nice place to find the odd bottle of cheerwine or swamp pop!
Small store, but will always have what you need. Staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful!
Terrific neighborhood hardware store. Not very big, but the service from staff here is great. I get Stihl products here, any type of nut, bolt, or screw you could ever need, lawn products, quality hand tools, and cool bottled sodas.
They have just about everything you go on there looking for. The employee/owners are always very knowledgeable.
A great little place. Had a key made which didn't work and the guy fixed it with no complaints it hassle.
Always a good place to go. People are incredibly helpful, and they tend to carry lesser-known and often better brands if stuff, like insect control products.
Fast and friendly service. Plenty of employees on staff with someone always available to help. They even have a staff member at the store to fine you to whatever you need. It feels like a home town hardware store. I mainly go for hardware because they have a wider selection that Ace hardware does! *They are also an employee owned company.
No customer service any more. I had to ask for a bag to carry out my purchase. Not like the old days when the customer was # 1 priority.
Love this place. Everyone is so helpful. I've been shopping here for years and prefer it over all other hardware stores. Easy to get keys made or buy paint or pick up gardening supplies.
This place is disgusting. Its clear that no one sweeps. An old cob web at the exit, days worth of dirt and dust under the entire display of snack food.what? !
