7We had to have pins located in our yard. I called, and they were here within a few days. Very professional, friendly, and he did his job very well, at a very reasonable price. Would recommend!
Called them Thursday last week they gave me a estimate for locating my markers. They came out mon this week first thing and located them. Super nice, fair price, couldn't be happier. I'll be using them again when I go to build my new house.
I paid $500 for a survey. All they did was find the pins in my yard. The told me that the one pin had been moved. He was wrong. They gave me nothing in writing. I definitely do not recommend them.
Never received any paperwork, $400 just to locate old pins, I liked the guys who worked there, they were nice, but idk what happened.
Was told would be $300 for a survey and possibly more if pins couldn’t be located and had to be set. They couldn’t find the pins because they measured off the “pipe instead of the middle of the road” like they were supposed to. Came out next day and found them and put markers up. Next day, tries to say we owe them $1,000. Do not recommend. The workers who came out for the work were professional but that’s about it for this company.
They came over and did the surveying but I never got the schematic for the lot. I do not recommend them.
Have called multiple times and either no answer or they say they will be out the next day and no one shows up. Nobody ever returns any phone calls or messages I would not suggest this person to do any sort of lot or land surveying
