Royal Fish Shrimp & Chicken, Columbus OH

I don't generally leave bad reviews, but our food was horrible. The whole wings were very dark and really hard. The fries was mixed with old and fresh fries. I don't think that I would go back here for dinner. I will say that the gentleman that took my order was pleasant. Thank you

The manager is very polite and funny. Fish and chicken, jalapeños poppers are amazing. I would highly recommend!

I stopped by to pick up dinner and was pleasantly surprised to be pick up some nice food within a reasonable wait time after placing my order. Was a little put off when I first arrived and it was like 3-5 minutes before someone came to the window to take my order, but once they did, everything was smooth from there on.

Food was good, and portion size nice. Good value for what I paid.

This place no longer has good service, they are rude to customers, they have false advertisements, what's written on the website is note available in the store. Will not be visiting ever again.

Ordered online through Slice. When I got there they said they do not use Slice anymore but they accepted/ claimed my money anyway. The man at counter was on his phone when he clearly saw there was a line. Untrustworthy, will steal your money and rude!

There food is nasty and they menus don't show what you get. The picture say 2 piece of fish an they give one I will never give them my money again.

I went the for the first and last the chicken was burnt I only ate the fries and shrimp highly disappointed

This place used to be so good quality went down a lot prices are a lil pricey from a few years ago which I understand with inflation and the workers be rude sometimes my fries was cold and I waited 20 or so minutes when I got to order the cashier was scrolling on his phone not paying me no mind they didn’t have cheese fries which is on the menu.

GOD IS GOOD! And we had our mother a 80th RECOGNITION/MOTHER'S DAY CELEBRATION this past Saturday and had the privilege of Royals Fish and Chicken Cater it. The owner went out of his way (including coming out to meet me, gave me a discount and carried my order to my car for me). My mother and family loved their food. Even having them cater their daughter/granddaughter graduation party June 4th. If you want good caring, howesome and respectful service as well as delicious food; Royals Fish and Chicken is my best best. The fish and shrimp is actually pretty good, a peppery type batter. Make sure you bring your own hot sauce, Cocktail sauce ect.they won't give you none. It's worth it if you can put up with the attitude.

They were condescending, rude and smart mouth. They'll never get my business again. The #4 was 2 pieces of whiting and 4 wings with coleslaw, fries, bread and a pop for $15.99. They didn't give me any coleslaw or a pop. When I told them I had only ever eaten there 2 times in the last year, the Arab guy said so what it could be two years. I'm good on these rayceest a$$ people. Their chicken and fish had no seasoning. The white powder they put on everything including the fries is straight poison. Look it up.

Good food, very tasty. Took a minute for someone to come out from the back, perhaps a one man show. I will return. For sure.

Whole wings with the seasoning is top tier! Not a fan of the fish, seems a little undercooked when I get it so I don't.

But the fried chicken hits EVERY TIME!

Let’s u make orders three door dash then instantly cancels them so u have to wait 2 3 7 days for yo 40 bucks back don’t do delivery

Chicken gyros are my favorite thing from here but it seems everytime I go there lately they don't have it. Other than that food is good
