6I am loving Royal James Plaza more than I expected the online process was made simple and easy thanks to Scott and the December free month rent promo the and easy application was a pure bonus as a new tenant I am satisfied I love how clean it is as well and I feel safe and sucure in my new home would recommend.
The management in Royal James office addresses my concerns/issues right away!
My work orders for maintenance are always efficient/ prompt!
Maintenance is pretty on it for the most part, haven't had much issues if any. However I was shown a completely different apartment that had little to no carpet for my tour but they put me in a completely different one with carpet everywhere. So yea lil shady but what isn't round here
Im a resident here, been living here for 3 years now and never had any problems. Rent is super cheap and maintenance people usually show up within the same day or next week day that you file an issue.
This place is not worth the rent they charge. All complaints are not dealt with. If you like to sleep and have piece of mind don't move here. You can hear everything your upstairs neighbor does and you could be stuck under someone who bangs on the floor at all hours of the day and it sounds like they are going to come thru your ceiling. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
Been here for 6 years and they just up my rent 160 bucks talking about a new ownership
I dont understand what that have to do with me nothing in my building been fix/apt but the lease building have new paint and carpet cant never get in touch with the lease office about anything I have to treat my apt cause everytime I open my door a bug run in from the hallway then you have people living in the hallways messing them up and also since when yall let anyone stay here had to buy tools cause someone always hitting my windows or trying to get in the door.like who really running this place now
