Royalton Woods, North Royalton OH

The nurses and resident attendants are amazing. My mom always referred to them as her son's and daughter's. I could not imagine my mom being anywhere else. My mom always admired the nurses being so sweet and smiling even though she could not communicate fully in English.

My experience at Royalton Woods has been wonderful. The staff display a feeling of sincere love toward my aunt and myself. I see this in their care and attention to making life at Royalton Woods comfortable and pleasurable.

Upon entering this facility it is always decorated very nicely to bring cheer to residents and visitors. My mother has been there for a year and I am so impressed with Hannah and her activities team. They are always doing such fun and creative things. They take the residents to different locations whether it’s to stores for shopping, places for lunch, or simply taking in nature’s beauty. There’s always something going on. Zander and his crew do a wonderful job in the food department. The food is always good and the special events have always been very well planned and so enjoyable. All the staff including office, cleaning, wellness center, and food service have all just been top notch. They are always kind and willing to help. More than anything else, I love seeing my mom enjoying her golden years with friends she’s made there. They play games, exercise, craft, sing to the oldies and just enjoy each other’s company.

Royaltonwoods is home to my in-laws. They love it there. Unfortunately my father in law passed away recently and during this very sad time the staff and management did everything possible to confort my mother in law and encourage her to be social and take care of herself. Now she is doing very well there on her own because of their assistance. The care giving to the residents at RW is the best!

Hello! My mom has been living at Royalton Woods for almost 2 years. She really likes it there. If you ask her what she likes about it, she always says that the meals are very good ("and they offer you a lot of food"!), and the people are so nice.
As her daughter, when I go to visit here, the employees are always very nice, smile and say hi. We have enjoyed the get-togethers that they have had, such as the Mother's Day Brunch, the Christmas party, and they do a lovely thing for the monthly birthdays.
When mom has an appointment that I have to take her out for, and if she will miss a meal, I will let them know, and the dietary department will set aside a meal for her.
I am so glad that I heard about this place from my cousin, as my aunt lived here for awhile. They have many daily activities, a lot of which I wish my mom would participate in more. But the ones that I have taken her to, everyone is having a good time.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place for a parent/relative who can no longer live on their own.

As a caregiver almost having worked two years at Royalton woods, I believe this has been the most fulfilling job I’ve had. The residents are an absolute joy to care for and I look forward to seeing them in the early mornings I work. The staff are wonderful to work with, especially the nurses who do anything they can to ensure their residents get the proper care they deserve. The building is also very clean and cozy.

I worked here through agency today and I must say with my 10 years of experience working at different facilities this one is by far the best. The staff are very friendly and welcoming the residents are so happy and well cared for. From the kitchen staff to the lady at the front desk this place is amazing

Royalton woods became home to my father-in-law last August. He lived there until his passing this November. We are very grateful for the staff and all who cared for him. I want to add that we were unable to find his wedding rings upon his passing and got a call that they had secured them in their safe before he went to the hospital and returned them to us! That right there speaks volumes for their staff and how much they care for their residents. They always had events going on and very friendly. We highly recommend them for assisted living care.

We LOVE Royalton Woods! The staff is amazing and so very caring. We were not anxious at all during COVID.they were/are so trustworthy and conscientious. My dad was treated so well here. Everyone did their job with care and compassion. I had my dad at a few different places, and Royalton Woods exceeded my expectations!
