Love stopping for Chilli dogs when it's lunch time. And ice cream when it's hot. Great location and all the staff is very nice and easy going. Open year around.

Google says they close at 9pm. Showed up at 8: 03 PM at the drive thru. I was behind another car who got service but I was informed they closed at 8PM and was 3 minutes late. So the staff couldn't serve me.

Went for ice cream and it was expensive with small ammount of toppings. Won't go back again.

Came here wed at 610pm 10/5/22 both girls on there are rude and made me wait a while and never asked me to take my order wouldn’t spend a dime in this place ever

Cheap ice cream and food, customer service is not in the right spot but it's cheap enough to go through with it, and i doubt it's a good paying job.

Showed up at 8: 58pm on Sunday and they wouldn’t serve us. Got yelled at to leave because it was too late! Horrible service. Bunch of stuck up brats. Don’t recommend.

Used to love this place! Sad to have to give such a bad rating but the owners have given up. They’ve declined rapidly in service, price value, and quality within the last several months. They’ve increased a topping addition to $1 per topping. They have a debit card fee. Really? ! Who pays in cash. They keep making mistakes and will make your sundae wrong over and over even in the same trip. The young girls goof off, slam the window in your face, don’t know the menu or describe accurately. They told me it will be $13 at the window. I get to the window and it was over $15.50 for two sundaes and they had to redo my icecream. You wanna charge that much fine, but don’t tell me an inaccurate price. Still have the nerve to think they deserve a tip.they won’t even include napkins which means several spills from a messy job. The hot fudge will always melt the ice cream into pure liquid.

Absolutely TRASH! Over priced! They charged me a $1 for 8 very small pieces of cheesecake bites that’s over 10 cents A BIT! They also don’t know how to communicate to each other I asked for chocolate CHIPS 6 times and they couldn’t tell me they don’t have any so they give you a spoonful of chocolate coating. They Suck at being an ice cream store!

There were 5 young ladies working there this evening. They were messing around and laughing, not taking care of the 8 or so people lined up. Only one of the 3 windows was open to order. As soon as you ordered, the window was slammed shut. All you could see and hear was goofing around and laughing. I also paid almost 7.00 for a caramel pretzel sundae that didn't even fill half of the plastic bowl. Bad customer service and bad value for your money.

I just ordered chilli dogs and they were gray! Waste of money. And horrible staff tonight.

OMG do not get the pulled pork! I believe it is straight from GFS and it is terrible. For God's sake, please use pork. It tasted and had a texture of wet paper. No meat distinguishable.

We saw Rudy's is open until 9: 30pm on Wednesday nights so we drove over, arrived at 9: 07pm and they told us they're closed. Super disappointed.

Rudy's is open all year around. They sell delicious food and ice cream you can enjoy in summer or winter.
