The blonde girl who wears glasses who works there was very rude and unprofessional, she glared at me instead of asking me if I needed any help.

Not a pleasant experience. I came into the store on Saturday 2/29. The new store manager, I’m assuming, and an associate were at the check out arguing very loudly and profanity was used multiple times. In front of me and server all others who were in line. It made me want to just walk out. But I needed the dress for a party. If I didn’t have a reason. I would have left.

I wouldn’t give this place one star. Manager rude (Katie). I asked for help finding a shirt and she said she was not responsible.

The store has a new manager that has completely turned it around. I can see the difference just walking in the door from a year ago great job!

Not alot of pretty things for people M and up. It's like the bigger you get the uglier the clothes are

Today I went to two different rue 21 stores. The first one was in Hilliard, they don't carry any jeans over size 14 this is a problem and I felt it shaming bigger lady's and women. The staff were very personable and respectful. I would give the employees a 5 star hands down! Now the second store where do I begin. Tuttle mall I would give a 0 stars! The store is a train wreck the sizes are everywhere there's no organization in sizes or presentation I asked one of the employees if there was a Rhyme or Reason to the chaos she stated no it's everywhere and pretty much good luck. I probably will never shop at that location again it literally gave me anxiety trying to find my size in certain styles. If you like going through every single rack looking for your size this is the store for you

There trends are cool. But some of the materials they use to put things together are cheap. I bought a pair of boots here when they had there shoe sale and I stepped in my wt yard my feet got wet cause the glue holding the bottoms of my shoe together came loose. I bought a unicorn pouch here for my niece and upon her zipping it, it fell apart. There perfumes are pretty good here. They do have good sales just check what you buy before you leave.

Good sales, friendly staff, clothing in the store was geared more toward teen-to-young 20's, selection was ok for being in between seasons, store could have been a smidge more tidy, I did find some leggings and a shirt for a good price!
