Ruff's RV Center Inc, Painesville OH

Was in a bind and needed a part for my air conditioner the day before we had to leave for a trip. They had a spare part they were able to sell me for a very reasonable price.

Once again it looks like they are going to get me out of a very tight spot. Upon opening up for the spring season I found a malfunction in my slide outs and they are willing to get me out of trouble within a week. As we have a trip scheduled one week from yesterday. There are more than accommodating, and very pleasant to deal with

The woman on the phone was not nice and understand. "We don't do Mobile repairs. "
Asked had Any suggests "No" and could care less. I have purchased two RV from them but as far as service don't care and I don't care about doing Amy business with them.

I have dealt with Rick and staff for 15yrs. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional in their customer relationships. Their ability to identify and resolve issues has been more than satisfactory. I would recommend them to anyone in need of RV expertise or sales.

Honest, helpful, informative, and friendly. We bought twice from them and sent friends and family.

I am totally excited and appreciative of the Service I received. Ruff's should be proud of the Service they rendered to me. I ask for Brake Control adjustment and Tire check. The Service Manager went overboard and gave me Lessons on how to adjust the Brake Control myself. Thank you so very much and I will be taking my Rockwood Trailer to Ruff's for all upcoming Service. Can’t say enough good stuff about our experience with Joe! We had an appt for July 6, drove an hour to get there and Joe started looking at our problem within 15 minutes. He saw what our issue was and started diagnosing. Within 1 1/2 hours we were on our way with the problem fixed! Definitely would recommend and use again if/when needed

We bought a shadow trailer in June of 2021 from a different dealer. I needed some warranty work done and contacted the dealer I bought it from. All they gave me was a huge hassle over some small warranty issues. I contacted Ruff Rv and Joe was was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. The problem was fixed and Joe even came to the place I was storing it at and completely fixed the problems. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ruff!

Can’t thank this great fellows enough- went to a dealership- completely left me with a large bill and no fixed unit- called ruffs they got me in and had me on the road in no time- the owner explained everything to me - this is the place to go - thank you for your help and honest and very well work. We have a 2008 Winnebago Vista 30B Motorhome. I have been using Ruff's RV Center for a year now. Joe and Rick have done all my repairs and installs. What a GREAT team and job they do. When we get our coach home and take our next trip we know that what they fixed will work. I have tried other RV service shops in the local area and they do not compare to Ruff's RV Customer Service. As far as I am concerned they are the best. They treat their customers with respect and they listen to what the customer has to say. They are in it for the Long haul. They want their customers coming back and not just be a one-time customer. They have a Hugh customer base and their pricing is fair. They have never over-charged me for anything. After doing business with them for a year now I understand why their customers keep coming back. Thank you guys for being there for us. Painesville Ohio Customer.

Have been very helpful in the process of me fixing my own camper and very encouraging along the way. Especially because this was a very big project

Never rent a TV from this place. Full of dog hair. Had to purchase electric adapter, and 90 degree sewer cap at campsite. Customer service is aweful.

We pulled in to this shop with a totally busted ZipDee awning, which ripped off our Airstream while we were driving eastbound on I90. They took it right in and had us fixed and back on the road in about 2 hours.
I highly recommend them! Great folks who are super knowledgeable.

They ordered the exact RV we wanted and held it for us until our permanent camp site opened back up. Thanks guys!

Can't speak to Ruffs sales expertise but their service department and customer relations really need improvement.

Called to make an appointment for a spring checkup and dewinterizing on our motorhome. When we arrived Taylor didn't have us in his book and didn't even remember having talked to us on the phone.

All we wanted was an oil & filter change, a new bathroom hose along with a few small routine checks and an estimate for a new camera.

Every time we called it was another story about being busy and needing a few more days.

Bottom line, over a MONTH later, we finally picked it up.

Guess what, the work was very shoddy, a seal was visibly installed wrong so it leaked, flooding the bathroom floor.

A $200 oil change and they didn't even fill the washer fluid! I can't help but wonder what else they overlooked.

Overall, a very disappointing experience to say the least.
