Rumpke Restoration, Milford OH

We had a finished, carpeted basement flooded from a drain backup. I called at 7: 30 am; they are an hour away but the cleanup crew was here within 2 hours and was here until 11: 00 that night to complete that part of the job. Rumpke worked directly with the insurance company to make sure the claim was handled properly. The reconstruction crew did excellent work. We were very pleased with their service.

We had a water issue for over 17 years before we were able to
get it fixed. After trying numerous time to get rid of the black
mold in the basement we hired rumpke restoration to help. CJ
and Matt told us what to expect and gave it their all. Did a great
job tearing out the basment ceiling and bathroom. Had a delay
on the bathroom and it took longer than expected, they made
it right for us even though delay was not theirs or our fault. Life
got in the way. Bathroom was finished by a third party who
worked for them and he did a better than expected job Highly
recommend this company and its crew.they work hard for
you.

Nov 2018 Mold remediation project in finished basement. Laura and her team did a fantastic job! They were courteous, professional, hard working people who did an exceptional job on a project that turned out to be way more extensive than initially believed. The price of the remediation was comparable to another reputable company And the contracted price was honored despite the extra work required.
I would recommend Rumpke to anyone who wants mold remediation work done RIGHT. It’s not cheap but frankly, if someone tries to quote you a cheap rate, it’s because they aren’t going to do a complete remediation. When you have mold, you can’t cut corners!

My grandfathers home had mold in the basement and it was pretty tricky. Rumpke worked tirelessly until every piece of mold was gone. The best part is that the project manager kept me in constant communication so that I didn’t have to make trips over there every day and worry. Now the home is ready to be sold with detailed documentation for future buyers. They could not have made it any easier on me.
