Rumpke Waste & Recycling, Hamilton OH

My trash guys are real good and pick up a lot of stuff that is not in a container and always with positive attitude. They are under apricated by many although they provide a service that is core to keeping a neighborhood neat and clean. Thank you to all the staff behind in hauling all the stuff away

Since it's my only option for neighborhood trash collection, it is good. The workers do seem to pay attention to who lives at the different addresses. If I have a question, I get an answer and not a computer generated response.

Everything is really great, pick ups, customer service, price. I would love to see more info about how Rumpke is pushing for more sustainable products to increase the amount of recycle we can do.

We have the most polite & helpful Rumpke men that service our neighborhood! Most of our neighborhood is 60 and over & these workers are so patient & respectful. We have lived here 18 years in this subdivision & Rumpke Crews have always been "Top Notch Superstars".

Rumpke workers are so nice and tide, we appreciate them so much. I wish Rumpke was in line with some other states as far as recycling. They don't take much and are not very open about it. The website is confusing.

At my home our drivers/ workers are always extremely professional. Take all my trash and never leave a mess behind. And when I have had larger things we either call in so they are prepared or we are out there to help him load it.

I'm very satisfied with the guys that pick up our trash. They're very polite and kind. They always put our empty containers back on the curb in a row, so that we can put them away for the week. They go above and beyond when it comes to picking up the extra things that we put out. Thank you for all you do. Y'all do a great job. Again, thank you.

I would give a full 5 stars, but the fees have been raised two times in the past year and I don't even have a full waste bin! Too expensive! The pick up guys are great!

While I may joke about garbage, in the four years that I've lived here, Rumpke has always done a good job.

Our garbage man is always great. He closes the lid on the can and always puts it to the side of the drive so a car can get in.

Always good to take the extra things we put out. Don't leave our cans in disarray or in the middle of the drive. Always pick it up timely.

Rumpke is very reliable always on time, over the years they may have been a couple of situations that my trash was not picked up, I called them and it was taken care of right away.
