The only problem I had was communicating with the workers. Maybe have someone come once in a while to see if there are any questions needed to be answered. The workers really worked hard

We contracted with Runyon & Sons Roofing to repair a persistent leak in the flat roof over our porch and sun room. The salesman was professional and helpful, and our estimate was very detailed. There were some delays in scheduling the repairs (2 months over tentative timeline), which was frustrating but understandable given potential weather delays. My biggest disappointment was that there was still standing rainwater on our roof after the repairs, when we had called out addressing the pitch of the roof specifically in the estimate. The company stands by their materials and workmanship with a 2 or 5-year warranty (contract is unclear), but only time will tell how the repair holds up.

Service was roof cleaning and application of mold protection to shingles. Workers were on time, professional, and thorough. Good communication with the home owner.

They were very through during the assessment, quoting and then another visit prior to beginning the job. Easy communication with the team.

We bought a house to rehab for our own use. The installers were timely, cleaned up each day before leaving and kept us advised of their progress. I DEFINITELY wold recommend them to friends.

We can rest assured that our roof is top quality and guaranteed. Throughout the last 35 years we have had problems with our porch leaking and no one ever diagnosed the problem correctly. Runyon and Sons came in and right away found out what everyone else was doing wrong. Now we can rest assured that our roof replacement and new gutters were done correctly!

Runyon and Sons service was great - representative came on time to provide an estimate, estimate was provided within a week and price was very reasonable, production team kept me informed about status of the project and installation date, crew came on time and did a great job with the installation. We haven't had much snow since then, but the deicing cables worked well on the snow that did fall since installation. I highly recommend Runyon and Sons for any roof work.

Our house was struck by a falling tree. Runyon was on-site within hours of the first call. Short term repair was done and They continued to work with our insurance company on the repairs. Ultimately we decided to replace the entire roof. The team did an excellent job working in some less than optimal weather. We couldn’t be happier with the entire process and final result.

From start to finish, we found Runyon and Sons to be efficient and easy to work with. Communication was excellent, as was the quality of their work. When they were done, their attention to clean up was outstanding.

I called them and they were out the next day. They diagnosed the problem, gave me all options and let me decide. Once I chose an option they were out fixing my roof the next day. They fixed my roof quietly and left nothing. I couldn't even tell they were there. They followed up with me the next day and the next time it rained to make sure I was happy. Doug was my sales rep, but he did much more than that. He diagnosed that I needed some complicated repair work at my home and he made sure that the correct solution was put in place and that the work was done correctly. Jeremy and his coworker did the work at my house and were very professional and polite. Doug was extremely responsive and professional. I would gladly hire Runyon again for any future roofing needs, and will refer business to them.

Got an estimate for a flat garage roof (which took them 5 weeks to come out). Their quote (which was to replace rafters, osb boards, and flat roof) was $15000! 2 other companies quoted less than $5k for the same exact job (rafters, osb boards, heavy duty flat roof material). I guess they purposely outbid themselves because they were too booked up to do the job. Hopefully all of their roofing prices are not artificially inflated like mine was. Yikes.

We had a roof leak that multiple roofing companies were unable to fix. Runyon Roofing figured out exactly what the problem was, repaired it and resolved the leak. We couldn't be happier or more impressed with the service.
