A+ experience. Rates are high. I shopped around. I talked to a lot of loan officers. To put it simply, I went with Mario because he knows what he's talking about. On top of that, add in someone who is extremely responsive, easy to talk to and just an all around good guy and referring him to anyone is a no brainer. Buying a home is stressful, buying a home with Mario as your loan officer is SIGNIFICANTLY less stressful. Thanks for all the help! Highly recommend.

I’ve heard horror stories about buying a house and the whole loan process. I experienced quite the opposite with Lynne and her team at Ruoff Mortgage. The whole process took 3 weeks and it was as smooth as butter.
