Each isle with any thing worth buying has door bell like buzzers.thee store is so concerned with theft it is unbearable to shop here. Won't bother going here for much more than dog food until this goes away.

Made a special trip to Rural King today. We had a enjoyable time shopping here. Many things to look at and prices a competitive to other stores. Our family enjoys going here to shop. We found good deals today. Glad we visited here. Thank you.

Nice selection. Friendly people. You can always find a deal. Maybe not what you want. But. They do have some pretty good sales. Some things are expensive some things arent.

Clean, a lot of employees. They have EVERYTHING! From animal meds to groceries to clothing. Check out was busy and they immediately opened 2 more registers.

Absolute worst store around. No employee wants to do anything. Every question is a nightmare hoping someone will even come back to pretend to answer. Managers dont care at all about what is happening, feel they are above being asked to help. Gladly returning to tractor supply.

Well bought chain saw yesterday. Didn't get owners book. Called today 1 st time. On hold 6 minutes. Called back on hold 7 minutes. Like to have owners book for my 721ms Stihl saw. Day I bought it sales was In to big hurry. Rush rush. New this I'd went else where. So try calling Monday morning early

Went in for some work pants and came out with a new pair of carharts, a yard gnome and some bulbs.
Staff is always super busy but always willing to help.

No one ever answers their phones. They just ring off the hook.been trying for 3 days to get ahold of someone. On now day 4 it's the same thing!

Who doesn't love rural king? Everything ya need plus what ya dnt all under one big roof with great prices and sales. Always friendly and knowledgeable

Power equipment buyer beware. We purchased a zero turn mower for $3000 that dosent perform and are stuck with it.

The day after I bought it I called and asked customer service if I could return it because it did not handle the slopes on our property well and the person on the phone said no problem within 30 days. We waited and tried it again since we thought we had time to make up our mind and decided to take it back to exchange for a standard riding mower. A week later when I arrived I was told no returns on power equipment. They called the store manager who wouldn't even come talk to me and just flatly refused. Now I am stuck with this zero turn mower because they missed me about their return policies. Not once was I told that there were no returns on power equipment until I showed up with it. We only had it for a week and wanted another mower but they just don't care. If you're buying here I would advise you to assume it can't be returned even if they tell you otherwise.

Almost forgot to mention they didn't give me the manual or the hose attachment for the deck when I bought it. Obviously they don't care.

Update: A week later after Rural King commented on my review that they would reach out to store management about this issue they still have not made any attempt to reach out or assist. I guess once you drive off you are on your own with power equipment.

0/10, ZERO STARS. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Worst Place to SHOP! They Screwed me out of my firearm and completely wasted my time. Colten, made me fill out my 1044, pass my background check, then made me wait for TWO and a HALF HOURS, Just to tell me that my sale can’t be finalized because the “system was down”. I was told by two managers that my fire arm would be placed on hold and they would call me as soon as the system was up. I waited 24 hours, went back and was told the system was still down, I waited another 24 hours and went back for a 3rd time. Ethan (who was almost too busy texting and playing with his coworker to help me) reassured me that their system would be operational within 24 hours. (I waited 3 more days (a total of 6 days, and 4 trips) Colten pretended not to know me or remember the details of my purchase, same with Ethan, but Joe (the only one that seemed honest) remembered me and reassured me they would find my fire arm. So, Colten and Ethan went to the back and played for an hour before coming back to the floor and claiming that the gun that was on hold for me was already sold. The Colten proceeded to blame his employee Joe for “attempting to sell me a gun that was already sold. ” Mined you, they have signs that say we don’t “hold guns” and they told me Monday that they normally wouldn’t hold guns, but my case was an exception. STORE MANAGER BRANDY, I will never shop in your store again, and tell everyone I know about how I was treated in your store.

This place is awesome! You can find just about everything under the sun here. Even baby chicks! And did I mention the prices are great too? !

They have a variety of different things most stores dont carry. Kind of a Lowes and Walmart had a baby but didnt cater too, and the kid was very nice and ended up doing well, and maintained his personality alng with money.

I was completely turned off by Rural Kings checkout cluster. I had one small item and was behind a customer who had a cart full of discounted fabrics that immediately caused delays for price checks and other delays. Of 4+ checkouts, there was only one additional checkout, with one customer finishing purchase so I moved over to avoid the delay. Before I was able to fully get in line another customer moved ahead of me, to which the clerk produced a closed sign and told us, that she would check out the guy ahead of me and that she was CLOSED. I moved back to the other register, that was still dealing with "fabric" lady. I threw my package down and left store to never return!

Rude unhelpful employees. And witness and heard one employee being reprimanded. When should had been conducted privately.

The past handful of times I've gone, the only issue I've ran into was the dog food not being in the correct spot and the price listing it as cheaper then it was and having to argue about the price. Other then that happening several times, I would definitely come back to purchase items.

Comical watching people feel like they are breaking the law by not going through the right door actually watched 3 people questioning which way to go in lol

Very competitive farm store competes with Walmart on many items cheaper than Lowe's on nuts and bolts if I owned a store it would be rural King

Love this place, everything you need from clothing, tractor parts, hardware, and food. Its a farm store with so much more, when ever I am in Southern Ohio I stop at a rural king, wish we had one in geauga county.

So far the store has had all my pet needs. The only complaint I have is the fact that I can never seem to find an employee over by the pellets area. Other than that I haven't had any bad experiences the couple time I've been there lol
