Rural King, Greenville OH

Love this location, people are nice that work here, they always have what we need & more. Love that the popcorn is back!

I can find most anything I need in this store and the prices are reasonable. The only problem I've ever had was with some Jean's I purchased there. I believe they were under the Rural King brand name, and I bought 3 pair, and 2 of them came apart at the seams after 1 or 2 washings. The 3rd pair still had all the tags on them when I returned them. I had no problem getting a refund, so that part was good.

Customer service needs improved. The guy was annoyed that I asked and question and told me he was very busy.

Got wireless ear buds for 5 dollars the same that cost 100+ elsewhere. Also kids love the free popcorn!

I overslept. That should explain quite a bit. I only went for dig food, and left with a full cart. I live this place

This Rural King is another example of what a Rural King should actually beije, unlike the disasterous example in Huber Heights. The Greenville Rural King is nice, neat, clean, and the people are nice, and even care, and ask you if they can help you find anything. There are even prices on almost all items, and most shelves are actually stocked. What a nice Rural King.

This store needs some MAJOR updates on their bathroom and store. I like to shop here but I know what to except but it could be such a nice store if some improvements

This place has quite a variety of items, especially for a farm store. From farm supplies and live chics, to an impressive selection of clothing and footwear, to guns and ammo - lots from which to choose. One of my favorite stores.

Overall they have a lot of different products and I got this right here they got some nice clothes work clothes overall it's a nice story go to

Clearance was off the wall cheap! Wish they didn't move things around but I found them with the help of the staff thanks

I got a great price on a battery for my truck. I also buy my gardening supplies there. Large variety of items to choose from. Friendly sales staff. I will shop there again.

You can't help but love this store. They have things that have helped me and I never knew those things existed until I got the chance to explore this store. It has become very frequent stop more so than any other store. I love it

My 13 yo daughter had been researching and educating herself for over a year about raising rabbits; a condition we put on her in order to get one. We bought her first bunny this past Monday, she was so very excited. Today, Saturday, the rabbit is inexplicably dead. It was properly fed, watered, doted on and now gone. This was to be a pet, not purchasing a dozen food rabbits. When my wife spoke with the girl, she said the sign says “all sales final”. Appreciate the sympathy. I entertained the idea of canceling my RK card…we generally put about $20k a year on it. I called and spoke with manager Kyle… he was completely understanding, saying he has kids at home too. He advised an exchange on Monday was completely acceptable. Thanks Kyle for completely restoring my faith in Rural King Greenville!

I love going here if I need something for my animals or for my yard or even for myself this is the first place I checked to see if they have it some things can be pricey and then other things can be real inexpensive it's one of those things that if you're looking for something specific you want to do the research check here first it is a farm store so they carry things for barn animals dogs of this nature and they carried it in bulk and they're always friendly and they're always willing to help and they can tell you whether or not they have it or not or where you might look for it if they don't carry it

We waited 15 min to get someone to wait on us and another 10 min for the employee to go find what he was looking for. We paid for our purchase and went to receiving to have it loaded on our truck. We drive 20 miles back home to unload and there was a huge dent in the safe. Not knowing if it affected the door sealing or not, I drove 20 miles back for a return. They had no other stock and while waiting for the clerk to call not one, but 2 different emlpoyees to the return desk I was told I had to take the safe back to receiving where I picked it up, then again go back inside to the return desk for my refund. What an experience! Had to drive 80 miles and still had nothing. I will visit my local farm store this week to make my purchase!
