I just bought my first home and knew very little about the process; David Axford had immeasurable patience with me and went absolutely above and beyond with every detail from lenders/insurance/inspectors, to how often to service aspects of the home, and so much more. David is extremely down to earth (and hilarious!) and made the entire process a million times easier. I could not have done it without him; I don't believe you could find a better choice for a real estate agent and I will recommend him until the man retires, maybe past that. He was always easy to contact, and many times he would contact others (lenders, inspectors, et cetera) when I couldn't get in touch to push them along to help, which I am certain is not in his job responsibility. At times, he was more helpful than the actual Loan Officer and lender which was a nightmare. David stayed in touch from day One to day Close and made sure everything was completely perfect.
