Ryan Homes at Bridgewater, Springfield OH

My husband and I have been looking to buy our first home for about a year now. We heard about the new community that Ryan Homes will be building at Bridgewater in Springfield, and we thought we would look into it (but in the back of our minds, we thought that it would be way out of our budget to build a BRAND NEW, CUSTOMIZED home). We set up a meeting with Sherrie (she is AMAZING!) to learn more about what model would suit us best and so forth. It was so much fun picking out the colors and customizing our house. She answered ALL of our questions thoroughly and very straight forward (which I so appreciated) and made the entire process fun and seamless. We were SHOCKED to find out that even after all of the upgrades we added to the house, it was STILL in our budget! We could not believe how affordable it was to build a new, customized home in a brand new community! Even after the initial appointment, Sherrie continues to be readily available to us, answering all of our questions, and she is so timely with sending needed information and documents to us. WE LOVE SHERRIE! We also went with the Lender that she recommended and he has made the pre-approval/loan process a walk in the park compared to previous experiences we have had. This entire experience has been a breeze so far and we are so thankful we have FINALLY found the perfect first home for our family, all thanks to Sherrie and Ryan Homes.:) If you are thinking about looking into purchasing a Ryan Home, I HIGHLY recommend that you do!
