Ryan Homes at Sawyers Mill 2-Story, Franklin Township OH

I’ve always heard that building a home is a stressful process. As a first time home buyer, I was concerned that stress would only be doubled. I am pleased to say that so far every step in this process has been amazing. Working with Kathleen Rose and Bill Kirtland has been great and they have made the process extremely easy and enjoyable. My house is still under construction, but I cannot wait to move into my beautiful home!

Cristina Charette is a wonderful sales representative to work with! She was very thorough, and answered every question we had. She is also a lot of fun, and didn't mind when my husband and I had questions at all hours of the day! We highly recommend her, as well as this neighborhood.

Everyone on the Ryan Homes team has been very helpful and responsive thus far during the building process. They make things very easy for a new home buyer. Linda has been very goo to work with and speak to. Have been able to arrange multiple visits to the models to help further the planning of my house. Can not wait to have the house completed and move in.

I started my process with Ryan Homes back in May. They started building in June and Finished mid September. Im very happy with the Services that I received from my project manager. (William Kirtland and David Huss) Would send me weekly updates and photos of the house.

They worked quickly and delivered my house to me in a reasonable amount of time. Ive only been in the house a little under a month and I couldn't be happier. My children Love the house, and they are happy.

We have lived in our current home for 17 years! It is time to move on. My husband and I looked at many new Ryan home areas and decided on Sawyers Mill because of the location and convenience.
