7Lots of complaints from my customers that we are replacing carpet with in 5 years of new builds
This subdivision is comparable to a cancer that been allowed to grow too big. There is no uniqueness here. Homes give a liminal and unoriginal feel, everything looks exactly the same and robotic-like. There are no trail connections or amenities, most back yards are full of easements and to top it off, homes are made out of the cheapest materials that are bound to fall apart after 10 years. Shame on you Ryan Homes, you should have never been allowed to build this subdivision out as far as you have. Be smart and choose ANOTHER subdivision, avoid this at all costs.
Atmosphere was calm, the houses were beautiful all around was a great place to look for homes
Brought my sister in law to see the model home and we saw the agent's car in front but no other cars. One sign indicated that the model was open 12 - 5pm, a second sign said appointment only. When we got to the door, the agent said that we couldn't enter because we didn't have an appointment. There was no one else there. I found that to be really poor customer service to have a potential buyer right there and turn them away.
Poor quality and craftsmanship. You pay for the location, not the quality, of which there is VERY little
The prices are fair but all the home's free much look-alike there only limited in their style so I don't think this is who I would choose to build my new home unless I wanted to live in a neighborhood that look just like mr. Smith and mr. Jones
Great holiday picnic with my daughter, family and some neighbors! Great food, great company!
