Disappointing repair service. Come in on Friday, isn’t there, told to come back on Tuesday 9-5. Came back on Tuesday 10: 30, still isn’t there and maybe she’ll be here on Thursday or Friday.

You must have me confused with another customer since I received NO DISCOUNT or ASSISTANCE with putting the walker into my vehicle. As for not being familiar with my insurance that understandable since AETNA is a fairly new company that has only been around for 120 YEARS!

It's regretful that Ryan Pharmacy could not live up to your expectations as we pride ourselves on our customer service. We largely attribute our long standing service within the Toledo and surrounding community to our personal interactions with those we serve.
The beginnings of your experience with us seem to be soured by phone issues, we do apologize for that, we are in the process of getting a whole new phone system.
Your particular insurance is not one we are intimately familiar with as we are not contracted with them thus we would not be informed of their billing procedures. And as we are a business, we would also not be familiar with any of their billing process concerning private customer reimbursement. That info needs to be provided to you by your insurance.
Business Tax ID information is on the same confidential level as your social security number, it is not something given outside of business to business settings.
The salesman who waited on you felt he did everything he could for your particular situation, going as far as giving a discount on the walker you chose and even loading it into your car when requested

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! From asking questions about purchasing a walker to requesting billing information nothing but unhelpful and difficult individuals. Specifically with the walker I never used one before and it was like pulling teeth to get a answer out of them with the most frequent response “I don’t know” so I asked if they could find out and the response was a sigh and basically a attitude of buy it and don’t ask any questions. Then I called to get their Tax ID number to be reimbursed by my insurance for purchasing the walker and was told they can’t give me that information so I asked how do I get reimbursed and the response was again “I don’t know” which should be Ryan Pharmacy motto since that’s their standard response. Sorry to bother the employees of Ryan Pharmacy since I’m only the paying customer!

The staff here is mean and act like they don't want to deal with you at all. That they are superior and if you ask the wrong question they will simply be rude. Many different RX places to just put up with going to Ryan's. I suggest you don't.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the item that was prescribed for my family member. Measurements were taken and available options were presented in a timely manner. Instructions for use and care were also shared. Very pleased with the service. Insurance was explained upfront so we knew how that would be processed. Would do business again here!

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable in the things you may have questions with. They have a decent variety of care items in store. Staff is always attentive. They are never short staffed. Usually not busy. If they don't have what you need in stock the owner will talk to you and order what you need and inform you how long until it will be in.

Absolutely the RUDEST staf! Eye rolling and all. Had a script for a cane and they stated they do take my insurance but that it would not cover it but I could purchase out of pocket. Why would I do that if my insurance was accepted there? Then when we asked where else we could go the person acted like they didn't want to be forthcoming with that info. Will never go there again!
