For the most part I am very satisfied with Dr. Mickel and the staff. Always nice, caring and professional. My husband and I have been with her for at least 30 years! But today at approximately 9: 20am I got the usual follow up call to see how I doing after service on 9/5/23. It wasn’t Ashley. Someone else. I was trying to tell her that I had concerns about pain that I was having on the top left of my face. But I had a fillings done on the bottom left and right. It seemed like she was trying to rush me off the phone. She just said to call back tomorrow if I still have pain. I would have felt better if she would’ve said she could have a tech person call me back to explain why that this could have happened.

I've been going to Sabrina Mickle for over 20 years now. As always, she is prompt, courteous, and does amazing work. People always tell me how beautiful my smile is, and I always have to reply with. It was not always this beautiful, is the work of the great Sabrina, Mickel!
